The first couple of France filed a 218-page lawsuit in the U.S. state of Delaware on Wednesday against Mrs Owens and her businesses, alleging that she has financially gained from making “demonstrably false” claims about Brigitte Macron being secretly transgender.

Owens has previously stated that she would stake her “entire professional reputation on the fact that Brigitte Macron is in fact a man,” while claiming that Macron was, in fact, her brother, Jean-Michel Trogneux, and had assumed the identity of Brigitte Marie-Claude Trogneux after changing her gender.

In a statement reported by the Financial Times, the Macrons said: “Because Ms Owens systematically reaffirmed these falsehoods in response to each of our attorneys’ repeated requests for a retraction, we ultimately concluded that referring the matter to a court of law was the only remaining avenue.”

Candace has lost every shred of dignity and credibility she once enjoyed.

Brigitte Macron- She is definitely a "she" - she gave birth to 3 kids (in France this is public record) 2 girls and a boy all of whom look like her to some degree. They also look a bit like their dad who died back in 2019. If she had been a "he" married to another "he" an egg donor and a surrogate would be required, and that would mean they would not share a lot of features in common. It would also entail adoption paperwork, which is not the case.

They have normal birth certs, look like a combo of both parents therefore Brigitte is not a man.

This sort of thing is silly. When it comes to journalists or those claiming to be- they need to back up their claims with proof, not innuendo or gossip.

I hope the Macrons win big!

Candace deserves a bit of a smack down for this and for her antisemitic claims too.

Meanwhile although I have sympathy for them dealing with idiots like Candace, France (and those who go with them on badgering Israel) will pay a HUGE price!

This case can be easily decided. Just have Mrs. Macron submit to an independent medical exam. If she is indeed a biological woman, the Candace Owen is guilty of defamation and should be held accountable (big time). If she will not submit to the exam then how can the truth be known. This rumor has been out there a long time and will continue until proven wrong.

She doesn't need to submit to a physical exam. A simple DNA test will prove whether she is biologically male or female.
