I believe it. I posted an article on another thread about authorities threatening to arrest a man who used a helicopter to deliver needed supplies and food to victims of the storm. This government doesn't want help to get to these victims.
Seems like another Lahaina, Maui incident of deliberate blocking of emergency help for the victims.

The govmint behaves in this way and the folks exposed to media not controlled by the deep state/globalist cabal hear about it but the rest hear little and are probably told that what little they've heard are lies.
