Joe Biden declares tomorrow as trans gender visibility day.

Not tooting my horn, y'all are probably way ahead on this, but I actually really prayed for Biden last night. I saw a photo of him walking away from his lectern, he just looked old and frail, and I felt bad for him. I don't know his heart, but I see his fruit and his destination is no good if he doesn't change his mind. I think he really thinks he is doing good, like a Proverbs 14:12 moment. He won't get off at the GWT because he's incompetent. Imagine what could happen if he got saved, and perhaps even healed of whatever is addling him at the same time. Began to speak clearly and started doing the right things and undoing the wrong ones. The change would be noticeable. If 'the King's heart is like a watercourse in God's hand', I pray He would bring the conviction and draw all of these people to Himself, and they'd get mercy and grace too. Obama, Hillary, the whole lot of them.

Call it what you will, but tomorrow's Resurrection Day!

Not a bad thing to share what, where, and who you pray for. It might help remind someone else of someone, someplace, or something that's been overlooked, and so more prayers. We are also commanded by God to share our burdens. If we're praying about someone, something, somewhere, etc., it's a burden we should be sharing. Prayer availeth much, much prayer can only avail more :)

President, VP, other leaders, etc.,etc., etc. have been part of dinner prayers for a long time. When stuff gets really bad (or good) or extra prayers/time with God needed, sometimes dinner gets cold  God tells us to pray for those in authority. When I don't feel like doing so for whatever reason, sometimes I have to remind myself that God told us to do it, so I can make myself obey. Grudging prayer is probably somewhere up there with perjury, disobeying parents, and presumptive sin, though [sigh]
Now that I'm by myself, there's no one to alternate with anymore, or remind each other about someone, someplace, or something else that needs prayer. Sometimes I get distracted and have to start over to make sure I don't forget someone, something, or somewhere. Or just get back in the right frame of mind. I'm sure I repeat things to avoid omitting. Bet God laughs (with me) at that

Judgement is coming and is likely here already. We get the leaders we deserve. God help us 😢
There are at least ten Christians in each the United States and Canada, and I'm standing on God's promises.
After the Rapture, I'd say all bets are off.

32 And he said, Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak yet but this once: Peradventure ten shall be found there. And he said, I will not destroy it for ten's sake.
Genesis 18:32, KJV

14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
2 Chronicles 7:14, KJV

FWIW, the article omitted Disability Pride month, so the problem is worse :puke:

The Left has a plan: 'Colonization' of the calendar

Parrish Alford
Apr 04, 2024

"The LGBTQ community wants more than your acceptance. As a proponent of biblical worldview explains, they want your holidays and your paid time off."

"""When you think about a culture, about a society, ancient Israel [for example] would structure their year around the three pilgrimages you would make to Jerusalem. You think about our culture, our society: Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter – how we orient ourselves around our liturgies, our practices and our family gatherings. The holidays that a culture recognizes tell you a lot about a given culture," he shared.
"We need to realize what's happening here," Closson continued. "Those who are driving the moral revolution realize that holidays – the days we set aside for recognition – matter. They [show] what is right and wrong in a people. The Left [is] trying to really colonize the calendar. Instead of celebrating Christmas and Easter, [they say] we're going to celebrate these other holidays based on gender, based on ideology.""

And I’m praying/bargaining like Abraham did for the sake of the few he thought might still be in Sodom and Gomorrah! Genesis 18:16-33 Lord, for the sake of Your children here in the US, bless us and keep us until you call us out and help us to be at “our Father’s work in the meantime!
