As Ez 38 has it, Gog is the leader...now housing the followers included. What might throw some of us for a moment is if Iran returns to an Israeli accepting nation. Like how in the world does that help an end time trajectory. But Spartan, as you helped encourage me to read his comment, would see a potential seedling garden of prophetic voice even. In that if we are nearing that Ez 38 season, we now have a billboard of sorts for it...flowing into the arms of Gog. Wow. I don't believe Syria though is specifically mentioned in Ez 38 from what I understand

No but it's important to remember that the current Syrian regime that replaced Assad is a Turkish plant. Prior to him, Assad was a Russian asset.

Syria has been under the influence if not the direct control of Russia, followed by Turkey. The Turks were behind the coup.

Syria doesn't seem to be a major player right no in the ME hate of Israel and ability to wage war and they aren't mentioned in Ez 38, but their land is a perfect ridgeway down for others that are......and they probably would love to host such a spot for those on the march.
