HUGE: Supreme Court Will Decide If ‘Election Day’ Still Exists in Wild Vote-by-Mail Case

TCC

Well-known

The U.S. Supreme Court (SCOTUS) will hear a case that will decide if Election Day actually exists in America anymore. SCOTUS will decide if states can accept mail-in ballots days after the designated Election Day.

Judicial Watch’s Tom Fitton, whose organization wrote an amicus (friend of the court) brief in support of the Supreme Court taking the case, said, “The Supreme Court now has an opportunity to reaffirm that ‘Election Day’ means what it says under federal law.” He said that, “Counting ballots received after Election Day not only violates federal law but encourages voter fraud and undermines voter confidence.” This is objectively true.

. . . . .

I believe it will rule for 1 day (same day) only.

No mail in ballots at all expect for the disabled, military, an those working in other states/countries on voting day. There may be a couple of other cases, but mail in ballots to every registered voter just invites voter fraud. Voting has never been easier, there are transportation services available (some even provided by political parties), and at most places just present your voting card and I.D. . Without fraud, many Democrats could never be elected.

I agree. With cleaning the votor rolls (removing bogus social security numbers), owning the electronic counting machines now, redistricting warfare against that game theory more strongly held in the Democratic camps for decades, supreme court affirmation of 1 day vote count (same day...election day) if it goes that direction, and no mail-ins...wow...I would say we might even see NY and Cafornia turn red in 2026. If the voter cleansing trend persists, then most certainly by 2028.

I tend to believe that is what Trump meant when he said he loves his Christians. And if they support him in 2024, they would not have to vote in 2028 because a clean voting system would not mandate the need of evangelical America to push it over the top to win.
