Federal judge blocks effort to end Trump administration’s ICE surge in Minnesota

n Saturday, a federal judge refused Minnesota’s bid to halt the Trump administration’s expanded immigration enforcement operation in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area, leaving in place the deployment of thousands of ICE and Border Patrol agents.

Minnesota state officials had asked the court for an emergency injunction to stop “Operation Metro Surge,” a surge of roughly 3,000 federal immigration officers that they argued went beyond lawful federal authority and violated state sovereignty.

The law is clear. Emotions do not count. Contact your elected representatives and ask them to change the laws, it they disagree, then maybe you should move to another country that shares your views.

One of the most amazing things about our Constitution is that a man can be charged with a crime and tried by his peers.
In our country, if found guilty, he will face a punishment or be deported. What is going on now is not that. Trump said he was going to use
ICE and other LE officers to get rid of the illegals who are committing crimes here in our land. I'm all for that. But, what is happening more often
than not, is people with green cards/work visas issued to them by our government, who are working and contributing to our life-style, economy,
and society, and are not breaking the law, are the bulk of the ones being detained, incarcerated without due process, beaten and even killed. The bad guys are still out there causing problems. The good ones are being sent to countries they are not even from, cast into prisons and forgotten and left to die, while their families are left here to struggle alone. No checking to see if they are indeed criminals or here illegally, no due process in our court system. Many of them are in the process of becoming American citizens..........arrested outside the court where they are to be sworn in. Many of them have children who are birthright citizens. Many of them are as law abiding as you and me. But, they have been lumped into one generic group that have been deemed illegal and unwanted.

Just remember, one day this same scenario could describe you. That's how Hitler did it. If you didn't agree with him and help him do what he did,
you ended up in prison or in a gulag or dead. He didn't just kill Jews...........he killed a lot of Germans and others as well. We need to preserve our system of due process because we are moral, or in time no one will have due process..........even you and me. The way things are being handled is just wrong. There is a right way to handle this.
