Food and Drug Administrator Marty Makary said he has a “moral duty” to inform the public of the risks of the COVID-19 vaccine after the agency found the shot may have been responsible for 10 children’s deaths.

“We did an investigation where we looked into it to decide whether or not there was a probable or possible link,” Makary told The Daily Signal in an exclusive interview. “That work is ongoing, but this data accrued over the last four years. So the moral question is now that the FDA has data where links to a child’s death have been made to the COVID vaccine, do we have a moral duty to let the public know what we know more as we learn more about the details of it? I believe we do have a moral duty to do that.”

A internal memo, first obtained by the New York Times, showed an FDA agency official saying the COVID-19 vaccine may have played a role in the deaths of at least 10 children.

I’m glad this is all coming out now. We do not vaccinate our children. Our last pediatrician privately disclosed to Mike and me that she knows unvaccinated children are significantly healthier than children who get vaccines. She saw the difference over the years in practice at various hospitals and clinics. We were both floored she admitted this out loud.

I have wondered if that’s the one thing that my husband and I should get. (We never do)
Last time I got one, decades ago, I was sick for 2 days and then later I got the flu anyway.
My husband has memories of being in the Army (Vietnam Era) and being vaccinated for some tropical disease and plague and getting very very sick from the shots.

Really? I didn’t know that. The last time I got a flu shot was in 2008. I ended up getting the worst flu in my life and ended up with an infection and needing antibiotics. I was in my 20’s too. I never got the shot since and have been fine. It was crazy.

I’ve always wondered about the flu shot and if it does help. Everyone I know who gets the flu shot always ends up sick anyways. I never looked too into it but I just skipped it after my experience.

FRIDAY, Nov. 21, 2025 (HealthDay News) — Pfizer’s mRNA flu vaccine worked better than a standard flu shot in a large Phase 3 trial, researchers reported.

The results, published Nov. 19 in The New England Journal of Medicine, suggest that mRNA technology may help improve protection in future flu seasons.

The Pfizer flu vaccine uses the same type of messenger RNA science that was used in the company’s COVID-19 shot.

More than 18,000 adults took part in the Phase 3 trial during the 2022–2023 flu season. Some received Pfizer’s mRNA flu shot, while the others received Fluzone, a standard seasonal flu vaccine.

Researchers found that people who got the mRNA flu shot had 34.5% fewer flu-like illnesses than those who got Fluzone. There were 57 cases in the mRNA group compared to 87 cases in the Fluzone group.

The above article is pro mRNA but in a quick search I couldn't find a solid article explaining what's going on. I learned about it from one of many doctor's podcasts that I listen to.

BUT, it made me realize that the internet is getting more and more scrubbed of controversial voices that oppose big pharma, etc.

I wonder how much of the autism and other serious problems are due to preservatives, certain adjuvants (aluminum, etc.), etc., and not the business part of the vaccine. Interesting that adjuvants containing aluminum started being used in 1920s and 1930s, and rates of Alzheimer's started going way up in the 1950s Adjuvants and Vaccines

The problems I had with regular non-mRNA shots in the past were probably due to the preservatives (per multiple docs and nurses in Minneapolis VA Womens' Clinic). When I got flu shots with preservatives, I got sick and then stayed sick/sick off-and-on all winter. The nurses at this VA have been very careful about no preservatives, etc. in vaccinations they give me when there's a choice. An LPN was the one who figured out the problem. I also only get one virus at a time, except TD (no P).

The flu shots I got in 2023, 2024, and 2025 were high-dose, preservative-free and had no mRNA. 2023 and 2024 were quadrivalent and 2025 was trivalent.

Polio, smallpox, and DTP
Polio required multiple vaccinations, but it was one disease.
There might be a Schick test to determine susceptibility to diphtheria, and if not, DTP might not be given, or not until entering school.
And a TB test (owwiee)
Actually, it was ALL owwiee
And it's all satan's fault

Kids got sick and almost always recovered from childhood diseases.

Lots more stay-at-home Moms and close-by extended families to help, so a sick child(ren) didn't create problems with work or paid childcare.
