Daily Bible Verse

Regarding Jesus as the Branch:

Isaiah 11:
Righteous Reign of the Branch

1 Then a shoot will spring from the stem of Jesse,
And a Branch from his roots will bear fruit.

2 The Spirit of the LORD will rest on Him,
The spirit of wisdom and understanding,
The spirit of counsel and strength,
The spirit of knowledge and the fear of the LORD.

Isn't it beautiful and awesome that Jezus was called a Nazarine? While he was from Nazareth?

Meaning that God made it so, that people way back when, called their little hamlet Nazareth.

Awesome!

Amen! Scripture is so beautiful! So beautifully created! So beautifully woven! And the truths it reveals are so beautifully sublime. I am in love! Not with mere words, but with THE Word! God is alive in every passage. His Word reveals Him as our everything, including our Savior, Jesus Christ. And His living Word will suffice for me to know Him, until the moment I meet Him face to face and find myself in His arms. Forever. Glory to God!
