Bill and Hillary Clinton agreed to testify before the House Oversight Committee in its Jeffrey Epstein investigation, reversing months of defiance.

Bill and Hillary Clinton have said they will testify before the House Oversight Committee as part of its investigation into convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Their decision reverses their long-standing refusal just days before lawmakers were set to vote on holding them in criminal contempt of Congress.

The former president and former secretary of state had spent months rejecting subpoenas issued by Representative James Comer of Kentucky, the committee's Republican chairman.

'When it comes to the clintons, it is amazing how our generation can have a mob boss as president, know people kill themselves around the clintons all the time, and yet they are just a part of Brady Bunch general extended family. It is worth some making fun of, that is for sure. And...

Although it may, like so much, be a nothing burger, it is unusual for the clintons to accept. There were many times Hillary was subpoenaed for her email server dump, and I still don't think that ever happened. It is possible that the turning about of a massive ship takes a slow rollout while. So the way i look at it is not so much about whether i buy into something or not. But would see this particular event as at least on some level, unusual.

THINGS WE NEVER THOUGHT WOULD HAPPEN:

So just looking at that handful right there:

* COVID -- Once we got that far off the rails in propaganda I remember a general consensus in Christendom of not going back to normal ever. In some cases, some pastors asserted never coming out of the COVID age. And never being able to see what "the day after COVID," looks like.

* SOCIAL MEDIA -- In general we went from 6 media organizations monopolizing the news TO social media WHERE alternative news flourished. I remember Glenn Beck being interviewed by FOX around 2016. Wondering how he was doing since FOX let him go. At that time Glenn said, "I am doing great. Everything is going to the internet now." Back then, that seemed like the hopeful claim of a man whose time came and went. Now internet social media is the news. Transcending the big 6 chokehold. AND Elon buying the most far left version of social media (even at a loss), Twitter.

* TRUMP -- Hillary never had to lose. Aside from something from "way out there," Hillary winning 2016 was a foregone conclusion. I believe she did not campaign as much toward the end because the dems got the opposing candidate they wanted. And it was, "in the bag."

* EPSTEIN FILES -- We were sure they would not be released, ever. Now we have them and even in cases can go past redactions. I believe there is more to come.

So it seems we are in a day and age where things we are used to going a certain way could surprise us. Just saying.

Alternatively, there is something interesting in the Christian world i have noticed to somewhat an opposite effect. In the above case we understandably might think not much to change. But Jan Markel recently made statements to watch the Trump Board of Peace. And tied it in with several events that occur way into the tribulation. So on one hand our thinking can be "nothing changes." While at the same time "see so much from the future" and apply it to current events.

I can see both extremes as having relevance. But it could also provide a diagnostic somewhat of: a potential case of being both far and near sighted simultaneously.

I think part of the reason,if not the reason Harvey was "suicided", is because he stupidly chose to video record the perverse sexual escapades of his clients. Willy being one.
HE was likely to work a deal with prosecutors,given the charges he was facing.

Which I think is why he was not put in single cell protective custody. And why those guards assigned to observe him all went on break at the same time.

Sure,they were fired afterward. Though I would wonder if they were concerned they'd not have any money after. Doubtful.

Given the number of bodies lined up behind Willy and her political careers, it wasn't any big deal to add one more.

Although this is a liberal bent news source, it does highlight something helpful. Especially for the watcher ideas. I say that for a reason i will note below. But what is helpful about this article is that it demonstrates providence in action. The Clintons found themselves without support. Their protection network evolved into something else beyond them. The "wins" on tap at this point are few and muddied. But I would encourage us not to let the spirit of the age zeitgeist of "justice only happens in the movies" to far in the house, cooking our meals, or using the even the guest bathroom. Because what God is allowing us to see, if we want to, is that the reasons the Clintons are coming to talk is because if they don't the political winds will blow them into prison. I understand taking a "win" that looks like Bill and Hillary eat lobster and play golf at some Criminal Resort Containment labelled "prison." But what a win does look like is the real world (not staged) transcending party that is leaving them for dead. This is prominence. And whatever else it means, it means that their party has outgrown them. That day, is a day we get to see.

As i mentioned above, what in this same sense can be a helpful takeaway for the watcher world is that world can tend to get caught in two extreme political wind conditions from what I can tell. (1) Two sides of the same coin. Although this is true of the rinos, the uniparty, there is something more advanced than that. If we are tempted to wade in the waters of same coindom we assign what providence looks like for God. This can be a danger we don't mean to go. A more enhanced version of this is the new world order is the alt right. And instead of it being globalists its nationalists. When i hear that, i hear Maxwell Smart introducing that with: "Would you believe...?" To me that is (and this is my view in general -- even those that have this view might have some actually good reason to--but just noting in general) what in logic and philosophy be known as making our view non-falsifiable. Because no matter what we see, we are looking at it accurately. And that occurring in an age known for being a lover of self age. Good heads up.

(2) Any apparent good is too short lived to qualify as a differing general direction. Although there are a lot of brothers and sisters in the reformed camp i adore and love greatly, this was to me the thing that was most problematic with that camp. It used philosophical ideology of determinism (or even worse, fatalism) as a gospel delivery system. So if we just see world politics today as God giving us over to the evil one who will program everything we can leave that remote control on the dinning room table and go out and do life however we see fit. This one of the 2 is kind of scarier because it turns world political trends into a warlock we can tend to provide an embodiment for and kind of difunctionally crush on (or experience biblical theory infatuation upon). I realize those terms are a lot more pungent than the actual levels at which thoughts in some near by neighborhoods my think like. But when i mentioned "fatalism" earlier, it was not hyperbole. John Calvin calls the good news, "The Dreaded Decree." See that God has ordained most of humanity to spend eternity in hell. That is not the good news to me. That is fatalism going to a costume party as "the good news." Folks if that can happen for 500 years and produce rockstar celeb pastors having the leading edge on 1st World Western culture...its not a far stretch in how this sort of mind virus can tickle us in political ways as well.

I don't mean to be so dark. lol. Forgive me. I am just saying it is a nice sunny day with birds chirping when sober reality shows up, even if it shows up as "so 5 minutes ago." And i think this article is a snapshot photo op of the fresh brisk morning dew of providence rolling in with a potential roadrunner "beep beep" echoing down some canyon alley as the briskness whiff of glistening in the sunlight mist vapors, disappear before our very eyes and face, as an otherwise sunny day with birds chirping, children playing, and bacon sizzling in the background as breakfast, yeah. embraces quite a different story.
