Something I find very interesting is that McConnell, Collins and Murkowski vote with the Democrats more than they vote with the Republicans. Since 2017, McConnell voted with the Democrats almost 60% of the time, Collins voted with the Democrats 80% of the time, and Murkowski voted with the Democrats roughly 75% of the time. Truly they are Republican in name only. Personally I find it shocking that the one time Republican leader in the Senate voted against his own party as much as he did. Why he and the other two have not been primaried speaks volumes of the weakness of the Republican party in their respective states.

Murkowski gets elected because she gets all of the Alaskan demonrat vote and then enough sleepy republican votes to get her to the finish.

The Alaska Republican party disowned her a long time ago. Time before last she was primaried and lost the primary. She wasn't on the ballot but ran as a write-in and won.

Then she pushed rank choice voting in Alaska and people were stupid enough to vote that in. Her last election saw her somehow come out on top after the rank choice smoke cleared.
 
I'm thinking someone had a talk with McConnell. Like so many others, he's probably gotten his hands on some taxpayer dollars or done other misdeeds. He may have been offered a quiet retirement or a position as a criminal defendant if he didn't vote for Trump's man for FBI Director.

That makes sense. Because otherwise he is such a RINO!
