"UAE-based peace activist Loay Alshareef on Tuesday urged Israel and the Jewish people to support the Iranian public’s struggle for freedom, invoking what he described as a historical “debt” to Cyrus the Great.
“To all of you here, the Jewish people, you are indebted to the Persian people,” Alshareef said, speaking at The Jerusalem Post Miami Summit in Miami. “Cyrus the Great freed your ancestors 2,500 years ago. Now is the time to repay the debt, to free the Iranians, and to make Iran great again.”"
