The Bangladesh Air Force F-7 BGI jet crashed into the Milestone School and College in northern Dhaka on Monday, with the current death toll now at 27 people and 25 of those being children.​

In a tragic incident, the F-7 BGI aircraft plummeted into Milestone College shortly after taking off at 1:06pm local time from an airbase on a routine training mission. 27 people have been confirmed as dead – including 25 children – and bodies have now been pulled from scorched buildings, with 88 people being treated in hospital.
