This is the church I "attend" online, that my daughter and son in law and their 5 daughters attend in person up in Clearwater BC.
Pastor Doug got his son (step son) to preach.
Zak has had a call on his life since he was barely able to talk and told his mother Naomi he was going to be a preacher. His father would later leave him, his siblings and his mother when Zak was really young still. Pastor Doug lost his wife and somehow God brought this family together. Doug and Naomi raised Zak into the wonderful young man you see there today.
Zak is on the autism spectrum and has worked very hard to overcome some roadblocks.
He's been street preaching evangelism since his early teens.
He's now in second year Bible School training for the ministry.
Whenever he's home Doug proudly gives him the pulpit. George and I started "attending" this church back in 2021 when the other church folded. It's a very tiny community. Son in law and daughter and the girls began attending this church then, and George and I followed.
We've loved Zak and his ministry and knew that he was called before he left for Bible school. Naomi helped when our eldest granddaughter was enduring a really bad time, a crisis with her autism. Naomi is not only experienced as a mother of Zak, but also one or two siblings also on the spectrum and she is a licensed counsellor in such matters. Doug is actually a lot older than he looks, he's in his early 80's but his heart for God is so enthusiastic and he's given some of that to Zak.
Doug introduces Zak at the 29:00 minute mark or a few seconds after.
Zak gets right into it.
Be Blessed

PS Doug nearly always mentions a small salvation call and or a Rapture mention into every single sermon. George and I would play a form of couch bingo whenever we heard either, and we'd turn to each other, grin and high five and I'd yell BINGO!
