"On Feb. 13, 2025, the Washington Post reported that a U.S intelligence report said Israel is planning an attempt to destroy Iran’s nuclear facilities in the first six months of 2025...."
This is from an news site called The WinePress. I know nothing of its credibility, however, assuming that this is correct, think of the implications of it. We know that Iran is working on nukes and that Israel says that they will destroy them if they have to. What happens if they do? Russia and Turkey, maybe other Arab states, have treaties with Iran, which, I assume, would obligate them to defend Iran if attacked. If any of those countries attack Israel, who would come to Israel's aid? Us, that is, U.S.A. That sounds a lot like either the Gog/Magog War of Ezek. or, if not that, then WW3. But in the G/Mg war, the motive for Russia anyway, seems to be plunder not revenge or treaty obligations. I guess plunder could be a secondary aim but with Russia tied down in Ukraine, how could they assist Iran? Am I missing something here?
