Will The Tribulation Starts on April 8th?

Im speculating a resounding NO.

I have on occasion listening to both Lee and soothkeep when they are guests on others shows. They seem semi solid.
I agree With "No".
Lee is pretty good with pointing out the reasons why date setting is not possible.
I think date setting applies to both The Rapture and the start of the Tribulation

Lee is always on the side of an anyday Rapture, always strongly against any form of date setting.

He occasionally comes out with a really good rebuttal/rebuke like this when the date setters get into a frenzy. It's to help those both before and after the "big day" when the hopes are shattered once again. Get people into a more solid form of watching for the Rapture and getting busy with the gospel going out to family, friends, neighbours etc. His ministry is all about staying biblical.

I have no clue why they think Apr 8th. I have seen a lot of buzz around it, haven't gotten into the usual suspects to figure out why but I wish they wouldn't. I noticed a new one I'm watching has come out with a rebuttal but not blunt like Lee.

Lee's concern is for those who set their hearts on dates set and when those dates come and go, it crushes the spirit of some who had their hopes on those dates that didn't deliver. He gives encouragement that every day it's apparent we are so much closer and each day is a "high watch day"

Description

Is there any merit to this theory? Not in my estimation. Will the tribulation start on April 8th? No. Will this theory prove to be close (close enough for horseshoes and hand grenades)? Probably not.

This theory faces a host of problems that involve the methodology employed, the exegetical and theological assumptions embraced, the acceptance of invalid data, and the challenge it erects to prophetic convergence.

We will walk through the theory in a nutshell, then walk through the mistakes that it makes. In a nutshell, this theory is making the same mistakes that have been made over and over again in recent years with various date-setting and high-watch theories

Just my two cents on this.
In the Olivet Discourse Jesus describes what signs to look for in respect to His second coming.
Jesus said the beginning of the Tribulation would be as birth pangs but the end is not yet.
When a woman is in labor with birth pains she knows that her baby is coming but doesn't know exactly when she will deliver the baby. Her labor pains increase with frequency and intensity and it will continue that way until the baby is ready to deliver.
The point is Jesus used the birth pangs analogy for a reason. The signs are visibility there but nobody can know exactly when the Tribulation will begin and Jesus said

"Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming"
Matthew 24:42

God is absolutely RIGHT ON TIME! There have been ZERO delays. The rapture of the bride is still on a perfect schedule. There are some very good prophecy videos being posted regularly on YT but date setting and re-date setting and re-re-date setting isn't good for them, us, anyone.

I'm so hopeful this is the year but that hope is with deep reluctance and sober concern for those left behind.

Lee's concern is for those who set their hearts on dates set and when those dates come and go, it crushes the spirit of some who had their hopes on those dates that didn't deliver.
I think this was the issue for many who predicted 2024 was the year. Countless end times sites were predicting 2024, with all kinds of justifications, which sounded plausible. However, its still comes down to a guess/speculation, and anyone’s guess is as good as mine, or perhaps better - but still a guess.

That said, I hope its today…..:rapture:

Maybe you can timeset the tribulation after the actual rapture has occurred.

Everything I am finding about this goes back to April 8, 2024.....
Not 2025. It relates to an eclipse back then - not now. What's up?
Link please.......
From what I could find on YouTube there are several videos quoting the Con man
Jonathan Cahn as being behind this.
The video Lee did was because he had received several emails asking about this date and had to address it and he did a great job with proving that it's not so

Here's just one of those several videos on YouTube....
I didn't bother to watch the entire video because I'm not interested in Jonathan Cahn's theories.
Just in how it's narrated sounds wicked to me.
But a link was asked for so here is one of them .....

My grandma just sent me his book lol
When I was a baby Christian and I first heard this guy I was fascinated with his book The Harbinger as he paralleled America with Israel by tying events that took place with the 9/11 terror attack.
But as I matured biblically I began to see this guy as a self appointed prophet that takes things that are really nothing and turns it to "prophecy".
He's a con man that likes to woo people with his made up false prophecies.
I trashed his book as soon as I figured him out.
