Ok. However,…. By your own definition you provided she does not meet that definition because nobody can give her the job as President. A better example would be Trump giving his family members jobs in the White House - which I was ok with.

The Democrat Party has Super Delegates, who are appointed by the National Party, and have far more influence and authority within the party than regular delegates. Enough Super Delegates working together can dictate who the Democrat Party Presidential and Vice Presidential candidates will be, regardless of who wins the caucuses and primaries. Previous Presidents (Dem) have a lot of say in the party and could be the head of the party if the sitting President is a Republican, etc. party. By Democrat Party rules, theoretically President Biden is head of the Democrat Party. No different than Governors being the head of his/her State political party.
