US tells Israel it will begin withdrawing troops from Syria within 2 months

First report: After Trump expressed empathy for Erdogan during his meeting with Netanyahu, Ynet has learned that Washington announced US forces in Syria will begin a phased withdrawal within two months; Israel is warning of the consequences and trying to prevent the move - amid fears that Turkey will take over more strategic assets in the new Syria

U.S. defense officials have informed their Israeli counterparts that the United States plans to begin a phased withdrawal of its troops from Syria within two months, according to information obtained by Ynet.

Despite previous Israeli efforts to prevent such a move, Washington has made it clear those efforts were unsuccessful. Still, Israeli defense officials are not giving up and continue to press the Biden administration to reconsider.

The planned withdrawal comes as no surprise. Former President Donald Trump, now back in office, had long promised to pull U.S. troops out of the region under his administration’s isolationist doctrine, influenced in part by Vice President J.D. Vance.

"This is not our war,” Trump has stated repeatedly, and the Pentagon has been preparing for the move for some time. Washington is now transitioning into the operational phase, with regular updates being shared with Israeli defense officials. In discussions between the parties, Israeli representatives have expressed serious concerns about the potential consequences.

According to Ynet, U.S. officials have informed Israel that a gradual WITHDRAWAL of American Forces from SYRIA will begin within the next 2 months.

Israeli efforts to prevent the USA from leaving Syria seem to have failed.

The Russians could then fill-in the power vacuum the US withdrawal might create.
I see that of being part of an Ukraine peace deal with Russia as being a strong possibility.

Israel knows that the military power vacuum that this will create, will want to quickly be annexed by Iranian control, or Turkish control.

This is ALL LEADING TO A COMBINATION OF THE GOG/MAGOG PLAYERS GETTING READY. The USA basically protects and controls ALL of Syria EAST OF THE EUPHRATES.

When the USA moves out of Syria, the power vacuum will be insane. Iran will have the freedom to once again be able to move massive weapons to locations that are currently blocked. ALL LAND ROUTES FROM TEHRAN TO DAMASCUS WILL BE WIDE OPEN ONCE AGAIN.

Otherwise known as “GROUND CORRIDORS FROM TEHRAN TO BEIRUT”, This would open up the RAIL LINES for Iran to transport major some major rockets into DAMASCUS, to eventually be launched into Israel.

If the USA pulls out of the Al-Tanf base and deconfliction zone, this would open up the fastest route from Iran to DAMASCUS. The AL-TANF garrison is located along a critical road known as the M2 Baghdad–Damascus Highway.

There was a lot of tension going on between Trump and Netanyahu in that meeting. Netanyahu had been called away from his diplomatic trip to Hungary, he'd dropped ALL tariffs against the US, AND he got nothing but 17% tariffs continuing in return.

Bibi had a very uncomfortable frozen expression on his face. He "agreed" to a lot of points that went against his previously held positions. Israeli news were quick to spot the evidence that Trump was squeezing Netanyahu.

Bill Koenigs wife pointed out that during the meeting, Trump praised Erdogan of Turkey a sworn enemy of Israel to Netanyahu's face. And unexpectedly announced that America was going to have direct talks with Iran. After sounding like a joint operation going into Iran.

Trump made it quite clear he expected Netanyahu and Israel to do his bidding.

Trump is of course well within his rights to do anything he wants.

But if he harms Israel in this squeeze, it won't go well as Bill Koenig has often pointed out.

This could also be a reminder to Israel not to trust their friends, only God is on their side. Only God will come to their help. After the Rapture America simply won't be there for them, they have to stand on their own, and trust God.

Just for context

Turkey was behind the coup that removed Al Assad and put the current ISIS terrorist in place. Hopefully whatever favours Trump gets in return will be worthwhile, like maybe getting the nukes out of Incirlik.

This new terrorist regime is the reason that Israel went into Syria and is currently holding a line north of their area of the Golan Heights. The Druze areas in Syria have begged to become part of Israel, as they know they will be massacred otherwise.

The areas that the US holds are part of the Kurdish areas. The Kurds are the ancient Medes, there is a prophecy about them destroying Babylon. The fact that they are still around suggests they still have a role to play.

The Turks hate the Kurds, this is something Erdogan wanted. Remove the witnesses, go in and commit genocide (a term that was invented because of what the Turks did to the Armenians.) They will do it themselves or encourage the ISIS guy al Jobani or whatever his name is, to do it. I don't think they'll succeed. But it will be a rough time for the Kurds.

The new guy in Syria hates Kurds, Druze, Christians, Jews, and seems to think like the Mullahs of Iran even though he is technically Sunni and they are Shia. He's already butchered the Alawite Muslim sect that al Assad was part of- a Shia offshoot.

He is ISIS!

I think Bubba News is right, this is more movement towards the Gog Magog invasion in future. If Israel takes out Damascus, Turkey won't be happy.

More and more this is looking like the preliminary to the Gog Magog is Damascus, Elam and the Psalm 83 gang. That takes them out, and what is left of Iran plus Russia andTurkey will be happy to settle a score, and recoup their losses by invading Israel.

And could also mean that the bible is referring to literal Babylon:

"The areas that the US holds are part of the Kurdish areas. The Kurds are the ancient Medes, there is a prophecy about them destroying Babylon. The fact that they are still around suggests they still have a role to play."

I was thinking about that again. I still think that somehow some way the Babylon is Babylon theory is the one that fits best. But I concede that it's not looking the most likely if the Rapture is in the near horizon which I also think is likely. It's one of those unfinished puzzle pieces I keep trying to see how it could work.
