US Supreme Court Declines to Decide Legality of Excluding Jurors Based on Religion

"WASHINGTON (Reuters) -The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday declined to decide the legality of excluding jurors on the basis of religion, turning away a Missouri agency's bid to reverse a lesbian worker's win in a workplace bias lawsuit after three prospective jurors were excluded for citing Christian beliefs that being gay is a sin.

State officials had appealed after a lower court denied their request for a new trial following a jury decision siding with plaintiff Jean Finney in her suit against the Missouri Department of Corrections. The state had argued that the removal during the jury selection process of the three individuals who expressed their religious views violated the U.S. Constitution's 14th Amendment promise of equal protection under the law."

Since many of our laws are now anti-Biblical, it makes sense that the world wouldn't want Christians serving on juries in at least some cases.

If I were a victim of rape, domestic violence, etc., I wouldn't want a muslim, especially not a muslim man, on the jury because they believe it's OK and even desirable to treat women this way.

So true and such an awesome and awful thing to waste discipline and correction on earth that would result in getting right before eternity. Unfortunately, every day the current raging society loses some to death and the immediate justice of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, the judgments to come in the Trib will be awful from an earthly perspective and result in the same eternal justice for billions, and the 1000 year MK will include justice rendered by the same King/Lord who will carry a rod of iron; whether literal or figurative of how He will NOT tolerate the crimes, stupidity, lies, corruption, hate, and violence of those that at that point should ABSOLUTELY know better.
