Hmm dunno about the 15 min city thing
Why do you say that?
America already has some 15 minutes cities and there's more planned on the way to construction.

Pittsburgh ranks 3rd best for "15-minute city" in America

Pittsburgh’s hilly terrain, car-filled roads, and abundance of bridges can present a challenge to walkers and bicyclists trying to get from neighborhood to neighborhood, but the city might be closer to a strong walking and bicycling metropolis than expected.

A new report from moveBuddha ranks Pittsburgh third for having the greatest potential for transitioning into a "15-minute city." A 15-minute city aims to provide everything — including education, work, health care, food, and recreation — within a 15-minute walk or bike trip.

Ranking the Top 15-Minute Cities of the United States

Natalie Bicknell shares news of a new report by moveBuddha, an online company that shares information and resources for moving, that ranks U.S. cities by their achievement of the "15-minute city" ideal that has gained traction in urbanism circles in recent years.

"[Mi]d-size American cities of 250,000 to 750,000 residents dominated the rankings of the top 25 future 15-minute cities in the United States," report Bicknell of the report's findings. A few large cities "known for engaging in urban planning on the neighborhood level," namely, Chicago and Philadelphia also made the cut.

The report compares data from 78 large U.S. cities on metrics like bike and walk scores, access to dining, safety, child care, schools, medical facilities, and more, according to an article for moveBuddha by Joe Robison.

I wonder what source he got for

That certainly isn't in the Bible. I've heard 2nd hand that that's what demons are telling those who are in contact with them... but can we trust demons along with 2nd hand information?

He quotes from a woman who is dead now but she was a New Ager and she wrote a book and she detailed exactly what she believed was going to happen with millions who disappear and she claimed she channeled with a n alien, but really a demon, and was told what would happen when people disappear because they were a problem for the planet and had to be re educated by the aliens.
Fascinating stuff he quoted from that channeler New Ager.
What's interesting is what she described sounds a lot like she took it out of the Bible referencing the Rapture.
I can't say what that woman was all about but she's not the only one who believes aliens exist and have the same beliefs as she did.
