Trump Wants to Develop New Census to Ferret Out Illegals

There is one thing Americans can count on with President Donald Trump — his tenacity to shake things up in government.

This time, Trump is calling on the Commerce Department to create a new census to count legal citizens.

The president made his intentions known Thursday morning with a post on social media.

“I have instructed our Department of Commerce to immediately begin work on a new and highly accurate CENSUS based on modern day facts and figures and, importantly, using the results and information gained from the Presidential Election of 2024,” Trump wrote. . . .

If states want to allow illegal immigrants into their states then let those states go ahead. But, it's not the responsibility of other states who decide differently to pay for those excess costs. A census should be for citizens. The constitution is vague on this matter; using free people, excluding Indians not taxed, and three fifths of all other persons to be included in states numbers.

For all the founding fathers did there are some areas that could have been better noted.
