US President Donald Trump has issued a pointed public message to his attorney-general, Pam Bondi, pressuring her to more aggressively pursue his political enemies.
Writing on Truth Social, Trump said nothing had been done on potential charges against a number of his critics, naming former FBI director James Comey, California Senator Adam Schiff and New York Attorney General Letitia James.
“We can’t delay any longer, it’s killing our reputation and credibility. They impeached me twice, and indicted me (5 times!), OVER NOTHING. JUSTICE MUST BE SERVED, NOW,” he wrote, in a post apparently directed at Bondi.

To me this totally looks like optics. My perspective is that Trump would have interest in the public perception that...
(A) His cabinet is not in sync with his harsh vandetta public persona crafted by the left
(B) His cabinet is just doing their job but may drag their feet on some issues related to Trump's hope for "revenge"
(C) His admin to not be viewed as a rubber stamp for a dictator
(E) Likely indicative that there is something else brewing that is huge, but distracted from
In general I don't view Trump falling out with Musk, or the Bongino drama etc as real things. I tend to see them more as keeping the left guessing. Trump likes having an edge. Just me peanut gallery thoughts.
