These big tech companies are probably going to be used around the world to work for the AC in the Trib to enforce global "thought police" stuff. The laws that are supposed to provide safety will quickly be used to shut down all Christian content shortly after the Rapture (and a bit before it too)
Right now they appear to be on the side of free speech- but what does free speech mean to a huge tech corporation?
When Obama gave up control of the internet (remember that?) he made it possible for other countries to regulate "free" speech and the internet that provided access to news, ideas, podcasts, etc. It was a really really bad idea that Obama had and it paved the way for the future AC to clamp down on what the internet will allow in the Tribulation.
I'm not sure how long our site and others like us that talk about prophecy and salvation will stay up after the Rapture. I think God might have a say in that. But at some point our type of content won't be available to the Tribulation saints and those curious to know what the Bible said about that time.
VPN stuff that allows people to view content their country doesn't approve of helps. For now. It's a patch that allows people to access ideas, even banned ideas.
The fact that we can see a movement towards laws that restrict "free speech" in favour of safety just points to the nearness of the Tribulation period.
Free speech IS good- mostly. But who gets to choose what free speech means? A mega corporation? or a nation with boundaries and borders????
On this side of the Rapture- countries SHOULD remain sovereign in their own lands and that would include laws that restrict what foreign companies like the US based tech giants can do.
Ultimately these tech giants will be part of the globalist push to unite the world under 10 kings and then later under the AC.
These tech giants are not neutral in this fight. They really are NOT for free speech.
They want to restrict laws that interfere with their global reach right now, and that IS playing along with the globalist agenda- even while they appear to be on the side of "free" speech.
Erasing borders by the power of large US based tech companies who are bigger and more powerful than many of the nations they operate in.
There are a lot of moving parts to the problem. Some seem good- like free speech BUT the cost of that free speech means the erosion of the sovereign rights of nations, which ultimately goes towards globalism.
Because "free speech" is being defined right now as anything the US tech giants want- that is just creating one tyranny over another.
And that is because we all saw what "free speech" meant to companies like Google, Facebook, Twitter etc when it came to Covid.
These huge corporations don't have free speech in mind at all. They just want to control people, across all borders. That means removing national borders and laws that interfere with their access to people's minds and thoughts.
Because their idea of free speech meant pushing vaccines around the globe and shutting down Covid vax complaints.
Ultimately letting them control speech (in the guise of "free speech") will be a bigger tyranny than countries imposing restrictions on these huge corporations.
When THEY get to decide what speech is "free" then ALL speech is controlled by these corporations. And that did lead to tampering in US elections, as well as deaths that could have been avoided if people had been allowed access to data that challenged the vaccine agenda during Covid.
Right now civilians with VPNs in any of these countries can access ideas in free speech areas of their choice. That is freedom. But the minute that these mega corporations, bigger than some countries- with profit margins bigger than the GDP of some countries get to control what is said- free speech is over, everywhere.
