It bothers me that these people are experts at using our legal system against us. They are probably also using AI (ChatGPT's ) to aid in decisions at a level that is not even available to the public yet.

They know they can make decisions/rulings that will eventually be appealed and appealed again…taking many, many years and in the end it doesn’t really matter to them. Whether or not eventually with time it gets reversed or not doesn’t matter, because the original whatever thing being appealed has already served their planned purpose/planned outcome.

I was thinking we need to think of better ways to fight what is happening, but it’s outside my power and level of influence. I meditate on ‘The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace. -Exodus 14:14

I don't think Canadian case law is binding in the U.S., and it shouldn't be.
