Blinken did a LOT of unsavoury things, and I'm not surprised if he was involved here too. Nor am I surprised Russia had it's hands right into the elections. They feel twitchy.

Romania is NATO, it's also on the border with Ukraine and Moldova, both Russian involvement hot spots that are not NATO.
