Yes, they have been for decades now. If the left can reach a point where they own the court system, they'll succeed. They'll do it in a way where they're able to confiscate most of the guns, then they can go after the last remaining holdouts on an as necessary basis. Of course, they won't bother the criminal element and their guns...
