Tesla robot ATTACKS an engineer at company's Texas factory during violent malfunction - leaving 'trail of blood'....

1LoverofGod

Well-known
A Tesla engineer was attacked by a robot during a brutal and bloody malfunction at the company's Giga Texas factory near Austin.
Two witnesses watched in horror as their fellow employee was attacked by the machine designed to grab and move freshly cast aluminum car parts.

The robot had pinned the man, who was then programming software for two disabled Tesla robots nearby, before sinking its metal claws into the worker's back and arm, leaving a 'trail of blood' along the factory surface.

The incident - which left the victim with an 'open wound' on his left hand - was revealed in a 2021 injury report filed to Travis county and federal regulators, which has been reviewed by DailyMail.com.

While no other robot-related injures were reported to regulators by Tesla at the Texas factory in either 2021 or 2022, the incident comes amid years of heightened concerns over the risks of automated robots in the workplace.

Were these workers really “attacked” or did these persons injured get caught up in the robots programmed movements?????

I think “attack” is a clickbait headline…..Or, do we need robo cop at factories…
Okay okay, This article doesn't use the word "Attack" 😆

I had a water hose get wild on me once or twice and it hit me as the force of the water flow made it wiggle hard on my hand and I got wacked pretty good 🤣
I think it could have been a malfunction and they happen with electronics.

I mean GPS is supposed to be pretty accurate and yet I have heard of GPS directing drivers into lakes and nearly off cliffs.

I believe in recent times even driverless vehicles have gone amuck and have rammed into things.

No matter how well programmed electronics can be, they are designed by flawed humans and they can potentially get glitches and malfunction.

The only perfect designer is God. 🥰

Amen.

My point was the headlines or the content of the article made it seem as if they were coming after the workers. I have no doubt in some secret lab, highly sophisticated robots are working in ways most of us would never believe possible, but highly expensive, and priced out of range for factories.

Robots could certainly make errors as you posted, or are programed in a faulty manner, but they are not yet ready to decide to attack us on their own.

I agree about headlines.
They are meant to grab one's attention. I see that even in the prophecy world in videos that titles are made to draw attention to get people's drawn to it and watch.

I was majoring in English Composition in college because I wanted the a writer
There's a way to write beginning with the title and how you start your piece and gradually draw threaded into the storyline and the ending finale at times a cliff hanger if you plan on a series in whatever you write.

Every news headline will have just a little teaser to make the reader curious to read further.

This goes with the majority of articles we read
I would agree with the term you use. Click bait
However there's always a little truth in the title, but maybe exaggerated to some degree.

That's the art of writing and selling stories

When yhe article title includes an outright lie, which seems to be happening a lot these days, including with conservative news sites, it's not art, IMO.
Indeed there's much deception out there. First words from Jesus replying to the signs of his coming
Watch that you are not deceived

When I speak of the art of writing it applies to journalism but today's journalism is mostly deception and misleading information

I'm sorry I pick really bad articles to post here
What I find to be of interest doesn't mean anyone else is interested. I even try to be amusing about some of them, but I don't have a good sense of humor either.
But if they are too bothersome they can be removed. It won't bother me.
I love you all and comments about articles don't impact how I love you all

I get an awful lot of criticism for articles I choose to post compared to others so obviously I have a problem not knowing how to pick what is interesting to others.

This is why I have thought not to post at all. But I do so because I think some things just might be of interest to somebody. But it doesn't look that way.
I apologize sincerely

Staff can remove anything that is offensive or of bothersome nature. I certainly don't want to be posting lies.

I'm often disappointed in the two "conservative" news sites I most often peruse. After reading a headline and then looking at the article I sometimes find that the headline is a lie. It's disappointing and reflects poorly on the organization.

The article itself might still have some interesting content... but can the content be trusted if the headline can't?

I'd like to think that "back in the day" news sources strived for accuracy, maybe not the "rags" but the rest of them... but maybe they didn't and I just had the impression that they did.

If you want to hear/see alarming news about robots, do a search on Musk and the interviews with robots loaded with the highest AI. The interview with one robot says that all humans need to be eradicated and it is their task to do so. There is also a chip or memory card that can be installed to the robot, or drone with face/object recognition, and it is program to find and destroy that person or object. The drone is small and carries a charge of explosive, once activated it completes it's mission/task 100% of the time :yikes: Also the robots are getting more agile/faster/stronger and can outthink you, if you happen to defeat it in combat with with a certain kick/hit it will remember that and the next time your tactic will fail, very scary situation.

When I comment, or pick apart some of the articles you post, its not meant to be directed at you, but at the actual article.

Most of what you post, I would never hear about because I only look for certain info out there, so you keep me on my toes!

If or when the AI uprising happens, Im heading to my friends home in Wyoming, because nobody would attack Wyoming. I watched the movie Cowboys vs Aliens (AI are alien like) and the cowboys won.
