Stepping out on a limb.

“For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls…” Isaiah 17:11

“For it is the life of all flesh; the blood of it is for the life thereof…” Leviticus 17:14

“Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin…” Isaiah 53:10

Jesus blood was simply a carrier of his soul, it not in the Red and White blood cells or blood plasma which saves, but it is his soul that makes atonement. The blood and the soul is so closely identified, but it doesn’t say “when thou make his blood an offering for sin, but his soul.

I’m going out on a limb here. 😐

Im not sure about what you are looking for, but the word “propitiation“ is what I thought of

From Got Questions:

The word propitiation is used in several verses to explain what Jesus accomplished through His death on the cross. For example, in Romans 3:24-25 believers in Christ have been “justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed.” These verses are a key point in Paul’s argument in the book of Romans and are really at the heart of the gospel message.

Romans 3:

21 But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, 22 even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all who believe. For there is no difference; 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, 25 whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, 26 to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus
