Goodboy
Just waiting for the Rapture at this point!
The quick answer is absolutely!!!
Why? Well as we Christians all know, God decides who the leaders will be.
Daniel 4:17 This matter is by the decree of the watchers, and the demand by the word of the holy ones: to the intent that the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up over it the basest of men.
Romans 13:1 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.
Now you may say if God decides who will be in power, why do we need to vote? I am glad you asked! God is actually in charge of everything, but he uses people to do his will. God does not need us to share the Gospel so does that mean we should not do it? No, God has elected to use Christians to do his will even though he could do it faster and better. It is our privilege to do God's will. So if God's will is to make a certain person president, then it is our privilege to vote and make that happen as obedient followers.
That said, I have nothing against anyone who does not vote, just trying to make the point that we Christians should.
