Liberal Supreme Court Associate Justice Sonia Sotomayor, 70, is not planning to step down from the bench to allow President Joe Biden to replace her with someone younger, sources close to her have said.

“Justices don’t take well to being pressured to give up their lifetime appointments,” Breitbart News senior legal contributor Ken Klukowski observed.

“It’s hilarious that leftists are suggesting Kamala Harris should replace Sotomayor on the Supreme Court,” Klukowski continued. “‘Wow, Harris is a legal genius!’ is something nobody said ever.”

What a nightmare scenario that would be if the cackler got appointed. The only upside I can think of would be that we would probably never have to hear her voice in the news again, as SC justices don't tend to talk individually to the press about decisions.

And honestly, that's just not enough reason to inflict the blight that is Harris on this country in any other capacity than we've already had to endure.
