Russia’s Putin Again Warns Warmongering EU That Foreign Troops Deployed to Ukraine Would Be ‘Legitimate Targets’

NATO forces in Ukraine will never be acceptable for Russia.

While Kiev regime leader Volodymyr Zelensky floated on Friday that ‘thousands of foreign troops’ could be deployed to his country under post-war security guarantees, Russian President Vladimir Putin again warned that Moscow would regard these as ‘legitimate military targets’.

Warmongering French President Emmanuel Macron insisted on Thursday (4) that ‘26 countries’ had pledged to provide post-war security guarantees to Ukraine, which would include an international force on land and sea and in the air.

But that will simply not fly with the Russians, since keeping NATO out of Ukraine and away from their borders is of paramount importance for them.

Reuters reported:

“Russia has long said one of its reasons for going to war in Ukraine was to prevent NATO from admitting Kiev as a member and placing its forces in Ukraine.

‘Therefore, if some troops appear there, especially now, during military operations, we proceed from the fact that these will be legitimate targets for destruction’, Putin told an economic forum in Russia’s far eastern city of Vladivostok.”

I think Russia is changing it's posture - I just reported on Moldova which borders Ukraine, and we just saw things heat up with Poland. They are doing something different right now and I think it might be related to their fear of NATO and the REARM EU stuff that Europe has been signalling in response to Russian threats to Lithuania and the Baltics as well as Poland, and Moldova.

Don't mind me, I'm interested, it doesn't mean anything, but I haven't seen much of anything really different for a while. Any big change in Russia always interests me.

Timeline:
Suddenly Putin meets with Trump in Alaska after Putin meets with Witkoff in Moscow.

Witkoff is a real estate guy, not sure whose idea it was to send him into KGB central there, but suddenly Putin appears in Alaska as a result. Raising eyebrows everywhere.

Witkoff's more than a bit out of his depth and not the sharpest knife in the drawer to begin with (evidenced by his happy acceptance of Qatari help on a real estate deal that he was in trouble with- some might call it a bribe)

Trump is quite a bit more optimistic going into the meeting than coming out at the end. I wondered about that. It was a significant change. Might have just been exhaustion but Trump isn't easily exhausted and he actually likes Putin so something happened.

Sometime shortly after that Trump puts a 50% tariff onto India and Prime Minister Modi is furious. It's about India buying Russian oil, but also Modi said he was pressured to sponsor Trump's Nobel Peace Prize attempt. Modi was angry about that too as he feels Trump didn't do anything to stop the Pakistan India spat, that he and Pakistan worked it out on their own.

I suspect Putin may have put a bug in Trumps ear gloating about selling Russian oil to India or something like that. Something to bust apart India's friendly relationship with the States. Also Russia may have been priming Modi to react to the Nobel prize suggestion.

Putin and Xi meet with Iran and Belarus in the SCO and warmly welcome India's Modi back in. India hasn't been a big part of the SCO for a long time - really only to keep an eye on Pakistan. India was trying to stay friends with the USA.

Iran, China and Russia do a planning and coordination thing I suspect, within themselves. And definitely stirring the pot against the US. Everyone at the SCO has a grudge against the States.

Last few days:
Iran and China test the USA within Venezuela with their Narco gangs and Maduro. The US moves equipment off the coast of Venezuela and shoot a boat out of the water killing the occupants.

Russia fires an important general over in the KGB whose responsiblity lay with keeping Moldova out of the EU.

Today:
Israel launches an attack on Hamas leaders in Qatar. That is the one thing that the SCO didn't have a hand in planning or executing. But it sure will have made Iran mad.

And Russia tests Poland's responses with a little more enthusiasm than usual.

Witkoff made some kind of error in the meetings in Moscow prior to Putin coming to Alaska to meet with Trump. Putin is the top of the heap of KGB. It's why the former KGB (I'm not bothering with the new names for KGB- too brain foggy) BACKED Putin's rise to power after the USSR failed due to Reagan!

Witkoff is an amateur.

Seasoned diplomats before going to Moscow are given advance training in the usual KGB techniques of manipulate, compromise and control in that order.

There were news reports at that time that he messed up and didn't accurately represent Trump to Putin and or Putin to Trump.

The Alaska meeting happened as a result and it didn't go well. Things as we see in the news have gotten worse.
