Rep. Lauren Boebert Introduces the Build the Wall and Deport Them All Act

The Colorado Congresswoman introduced the Build the Wall and Deport Them All Act Friday. The bill codifies many Donald Trump-era policies and might be the perfect contrast to the border policies offered by Biden during his State of the Union address to the nation the night before.

“On day one, the Biden Regime implemented their open-border policies that have destroyed countless American families and made our communities less safe,” Boebert told Breitbart News. “My Build the Wall and Deport Them All Act will codify President Trump’s proven border policies that reduced illegal immigration to record lows.”

Boebert’s bill would end catch-and-release, restart border wall construction, prohibit federal funds for sanctuary cities, expedite the removal of illegal aliens, and restore Trump’s “Remain in Mexico” policy. It would also prohibit the removal of border barriers constructed by states along the border to prevent unlawful crossings and end birthright citizenship.


If only we had a majority in Congress who were there to do right by their country...
 
We watched the State Of The Union address, and Biden was really hyper angry acting. It was amusing to watch the negative expressions on SOTH Mike Johnson's face, and shook his head no to disagree with Biden's comments. Biden couldn't even get Laken Riley's first name correct he called her Lincoln. It was absolutely disgusting the way he talked and acted. He even was sarcastic to the Supreme Court Justices on overturning Roe V Wade decision.

It's but theatre. The curtain will close, and all of this will be a memory. My flesh would love a truth and consequence renaissance for both major offenders, their bronze ancient standards buried deep in the ground. But my heart longs to go on home. So long, donkeys and elephants and all of your messing around with people trying to claw their way through this jungle, while you interfere with every aspect of their lives. They induce anxiety on the young and rob hope from the frail, without despair. The human shaped corruptors prowl as they transfix the weary with straws so they would do their dark constitution proud, as they siphon the soul out of them. I won't lament relocation and rebirth.

According to the Fourteenth Amendment, Section 1:
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. . .

Ending birthright citizenship is likely against international law.
According to the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Article 15:
1. Everyone has the right to a nationality.
2. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality.

If birthright citizenship ends, I worry what will eventually become of Jewish people and Christians, who were born here, especially those, who never got a passport, or who had at least one non-citizen parent. How far back will one have to prove citizenship of parents, grandparents, great grandparents, etc., or will that become moot? Will green cards, naturalization papers, etc. trump birth certificates? Will native born people have to queue to apply for citizenship? Be subject to quotas? Deported as stateless persons? What if cannot pass the citizenship test because public schools are so abysmal?

Birthright Citizenship: A Fundamental Misunderstanding of the 14th Amendment​

But that is not what that qualifying phrase means. Its original meaning refers to the political allegiance of an individual and the jurisdiction that a foreign government has over that individual.

The fact that a tourist or illegal alien is subject to our laws and our courts if they violate our laws does not place them within the political “jurisdiction” of the United States as that phrase was defined by the framers of the 14th Amendment.


Ending birthright citizenship is likely against international law.

Is the sovereign United States subject to International Law? As of now there is no sovereign global govmint that has subjected the nations. Whether or not International Law is observed or not is up to each individual sovereign country. In the USA, where International Law may step upon our Constitution and Bill of Rights, it is null and void, though it may not be treated as such by the corrupt govmint.

Yeah, it's interesting how the Repubs put out this kind of legislation when they know they can't pass it because the other party holds the Senate, but when there's a majority in both houses, crickets.
