This is not an advertisement. And i am not affiliated with this company at all. I heard about it from a podcast and have been using it for a few days now. And it is a lot easier to find conservative sources in general.

Unfortunately its Play Store rating is only 3.9 from 3,121 users. Negative reviews such as the following may be the reason-- Search Engines - which one to choose?.(Be aware there is the occasional 4-letter word in some reviews there.)
So, personally (and with the greatest respect for my dear brother Teren) I don't think I'm going to use it; but you all might find it useful.

I'm scared of change. Whatever George put on this computer and our ipads and my iphone is what I'm sticking with. Might not be great, and if our son the computer geek says I must change- then I will. But change always involves a steep learning curve and greater risks till I understand the pitfalls.

I've got it as an option on my laptop but haven't used it for so long that I don't remember how I felt about it.

The way i used it is finding conservative sources for various current news stories. When i use Chrome its not as bad as Edge. I like how Edge is laid out, but the search results with Bing as backup makes it nearly impossible to find conservative articles. But with free spoke, it finds them fast. I don't mean browser in the sense of doing everything in it. I just have it open as a window. Primarily to find conservative views on current events. While using Edge i would often just go with left leaning articles with a half way decent title (sometimes not even that...lol). So for me it is refreshing to get topics and stories i want seeing conservative sources first. Rather that searching three pages deep to see if any conservative outlets are reporting on the story at all. Thanks for the replies and checking it out. Blessings.

I miss Drudge from the olden days back before something dreadful happened in Matt Drudges soul and outlook on life, back when he used to be THE conservative news aggregator, with excellent news articles you could actually trust for the most part, from conservative POV.

That does sound like a great alternative when viewed as a conservative news engine search app. I hit up Rapture Ready for their news of the day, but sometimes the sources are a bit iffy.

That does sound like a great alternative when viewed as a conservative news engine search app. I hit up Rapture Ready for their news of the day, but sometimes the sources are a bit iffy.

For me Freespoke is the lazy answer...lol. At least it brings conservative articles (and often several) to the first page. But I've notice its not always understanding the kind of search i am looking for. Whereas google seems much more intuitive but results in liberal influence. So yeah i think ground news is good too, but is a paid service and a bit to work through to get at what i might think i might need from looking at varying articles.

On Drudge, would you say this is true Margery...as out there as Alex Jones can be, he does not seem to alter much, like Drudge had. If anything, he seems to be more scrutinizing of Trump in ways. Which for me is a plus. Blessings.

I agree - Alex is Alex. He hasn't changed. Some stuff I agree with, other stuff- it's Alex doing Alex things.

I don't know if you watched the Xfiles return a few years back, just before Covid hit- Mulder and Scully came back, and there was a guy that was an Alex Jones type in there as a key part of the story. It was fun to watch. I was sorry that got cancelled. But the Alex guy in the script was taken from Alex so closely. Apparently Alex Jones was happy to have been so inspirational to that key person.

A quick note, we dont' allow links or stories from Alex Jones here (for obvious reasons) because, well Alex doing Alex things.... he can be entertaining but not always reliable.

But Drudge- Matt Drudge seemed to undergo a personality transplant or something. Word was that the real Drudge sold his aggregate news service to a Leftist, who bought it and put it out of business.

So maybe he sold out for money and went off into whatever wilderness he wanted. Leaving the fake Drudge news to turn wildly left. When the original right wing followers realized, they left Drudge and I don't know what's happened to it, but it's no longer the conservative news aggregator of choice.

Whatever caused it, Drudge was no longer the Drudge that we all knew and relied on.

Thanks Jane. I was wondering what happened to it too. For me, it just finds conservative POV on current events immediately. Not always the most comprehensive cluster of articles. But at least now i don't have to search back several pages to see if there are some conservative views weighing in. Blessings.

He sure did. I remember having not checked that site for a while and then when I did, it felt like an alternate reality.
