Here in North America we have wokies who got their training in universities and often they are wealthy. Our police and military have leaned conservative.

I believe they were educated in universities by professors who themselves have been taught by neo-Marxists (part of a long-established plan by communists to bring down the West) and by globalists immersed in the principles espoused by Klaus Schwab and his World Economic Forum.
