Musk calls Navarro ‘moron’ after ‘demonstrably false’ claims about Tesla

Tech billionaire Elon Musk slammed President Trump’s trade adviser Peter Navarro on Tuesday, calling him “truly a moron” in their latest spat over the administration’s new import taxes.

“Navarro is truly a moron. What he says here is demonstrably false,” Musk wrote on the social platform X in response to a video of Navarro discussing Tesla’s assembly process for its electric vehicles.

Navarro, in the CNBC interview, claimed Musk’s Tesla is not a “car manufacturer,” but rather a “car assembler,” that puts together parts from other countries.

Tesla, led by Musk, has long touted itself as a leader in U.S. domestic production. The company produces all of its North American vehicles in the U.S. at factories in California and Texas, though some of its parts do not come from the U.S.

Musk pushed back on Navarro’s claims, stating Tesla “has the most American-made cars.”

I believe Musk is doing a great job with DOGE, but he needs to stay in his lane, and keep his mouth closed by not bashing inner members of the Trump team. He is just throwing meat at the left wing media who will look for anything to drive a wedge in this Administration.
Amen. Maybe the asbergers? Sometimes I wonder how much arguments in the conservative camp might be staged. It would seem to me that because of what you just noted here Andy, that the left would see this too with glee. And that reminds me of...

Particularly the second part of that about appearing weak. I believe that worked well in how desperate the left was to get Trump with 4 cases that went nowhere. Somehow in their minds they thought he and the American people were that weak. Seems to be working. So yeah just wondering.

By the way, telling no lie here, but that first part was a way the Reformed Church in America would test the saints metal. Its called Nouthetic counseling (and super huge the world over since the 90's). They use Sun Tzu in their ministry philosophy because if you are chosen in Him, you will overcome. If not, your feet will ever more be dangling over the fiery pit of hell. But it sounds better with Tzu says it. Blessings.
