President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has confirmed that the agency is developing a program that will provide border crossers and illegal aliens released into the United States with photo ID cards.

For more than a year, Breitbart News has chronicled how DHS is planning to roll out a pilot program that will give border crossers and illegal aliens photo ID cards, similar to a driver’s license, upon their release into the United States interior from the southern border.
Now, DHS officials are seemingly confirming their plan to issue photo IDs to such border crossers and illegal aliens.

Buried in the Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) annual report, officials confirmed that they are planning to begin issuing the photo ID cards to border crossers and illegal aliens sometime this fiscal year.

Good. Now it'll be easier to write tickets and summonses to illegals driving without licenses, insurance, unregistered vehicles, and DWI, in accidents, not maintaining property, etc., and track repeat offenders in the system. It'll also be easier for them to get a license, and after that, insurance and then register vehicle(s), so law-abiding citizens aren't stuck when accidents happen, and (hopefully) insurance premiums won't be so crazy. Also easier for cc companies, banks, utilities, landlords, etc. to not lose money and pass the losses on to law-abiding citizens.

And easier to issue warrants for failures to appear (in court or pay fines) and wanted criminals, book, charge, and prosecute criminals, etc., etc., etc.

Also much easier for those 87,000 IRS agents to find, investigate, and prosecute illegals for not paying taxes on income. There's a whole secondary economy that's thriving, and the money is totally untaxed, and it's huge. Law-abiding citizens and legal resident aliens pay higher taxes or get fewer services because some people aren't paying anything, but they do get services paid for by our taxes

Unfortunately, this all goes to a state in which "papers please" will become even more prevalent

When reading I first thought it was about aliens.
Extraterrestrial aliens, that is....
Therefore everybody has to have ID's.
Becauses ET's couldn't possibly counterfeit those...
