The Jewish religious leaders forbid the Jews from reading Isaiah 53, because they deny that this prophecy in chapter 53 refers to Jesus.
My question is if they don't believe it is prophetic of Messiah Jesus crucifixion, then why forbid the reading of a chapter out of their own Torah?
Seems like these leaders know, and just don't want the Jewish people to believe it
