It's Happening Right Before Our Eyes

Britt Gillette discusses what appears to be the Revived Roman Empire getting ready to form

Description:

Are we seeing the emergence of the revived Roman Empire prophesied in the Books of Daniel and Revelation?

In a recent video, we looked at the European Union and how it meets every characteristic of the prophesied empire with the exception of its division into ten nations or ten kings. Now, we're seeing renewed calls for the creation of an EU military force.

In today's video, we discuss what's happening, how support for such an army is spreading among the general European population, why none of this should surprise us, and how it all relates to bible prophecy.

Video Time: 26:34 minutes

OK I listened twice, and I agree!

Main points

European nations as a whole are using this Trump Zelensky thing as an excuse to point at Russia (who still hasn't conquered Ukraine despite trying) as their big boogeyman threat

so that

They MUST develop an army, and buy lots of weapons cause- Russia!

This is effectively pulling together Rome 2.0 of the end times.

Britt points out that we haven't seen the rise of the 10 kings yet, but he says if Rome is regathering, that can't be far behind.

My thoughts:

are that if the 10 kings (without kingdoms!) are technocrats then we are already seeing them forming too.

I also am thinking about both legs of Rome lately as I see Russia and the Stans, as well as Turkey establishing working relationships even as the whole Syria thing is going sideways.

To be clear I think both sides of Rome are regathering along the East/West divide.

Rome 2.0 that we usually think of in prophecy circles from Europe- being the place that the AC emerges out of- the successor to the "holy Roman Empire" complete with the Catholic church as a working framework to start the Whore of Babylon from after the Rapture. So we are seeing Rome 2.0 forming in the West complete with an army and a common world view- secular humanism built on the ash heap of Catholicism prior to the Reformation. Out of that seed bed we see Francis the Hippy Pope destroying the last remnants of Christian belief within the Catholic church, getting her ready for after the Rapture.

And Rome EAST out of Constantinople (Turkey) that fell to Islam in 1453 pushing the Caesars north into Russia along with the Orthodox church, forming the Tsars succeeded by the USSR and now the current Russian administration. Oligarchs and the former KGB under Putin. 2 major religions- Orthodox Christianity and Islam.

God deals with the Eastern side of ancient Rome in Gog Magog of Ezek 38. That weakens Islam (and Russia) so that neither compete with Rome 2.0 for the Tribulation period which should be dominated by the western side of Rome (Rome didn't split till well after the cross, in 395 AD) and it was Rome out of Italy that were the people of the Prince to Come.

The time of the ten toes- 10 kingdoms is a time of being unglued. A mixture of iron and clay that can't stay together.

Maybe I'm getting unglued here, but it's interesting to hold up the jigsaw puzzle pieces, look at the picture in the Bible and see what fits where.

I don't believe the EU itself gets divided and ruled by ten Kings. It seems very clear in the Bible that the antichrist Kingdom is global and the 10 Kings will be scattered around the globe, be they rulers or technocrats. The E.U., or Europe, will almost assuredly be ONE of those Kingdoms, and the likely host for the antichrist.

The idea of the 10 Kings being confined to European nations became popular with the initial formation of the E.U. It's a common case of taking the Word and twisting it to fit world events. By now we should know better... but many hold on to a thought that in my opinion is far from Biblical.

I think the Ten Kings are global but it's likely that the root of the Fourth Beast Kingdom will spring from the Revived Roman Empire which as @Margery brought out, Rome was divided into East and West, and The Revived Roman Empire is from where Antichrist is likely to come from. This makes Europe the likely base for the global Ten Kings Government.

Assyria was a Province of the Roman Empire.
This is important to note because Antichrist is called the Assyrian in Scripture. So this is why it's believed that Antichrist rises from the Revived Roman Empire.

See here.....

"O Assyrian, the rod of Mine anger, and the staff in their hand in Mine indignation[hellip]Wherefore it shall come to pass, that when the Lord hath performed His whole work upon mount Zion and on Jerusalem, I will punish the fruit of the stout heart of the King of Assyria, and the glory of his high looks" (Isa.10:5, 12). We cannot here attempt an exposition of the important passage in which these verses occur -- that, in subsequent chapters, we shall treat in detail of the Antichrist in the Psalms, and the Antichrist in the Prophets --
suffice it now to point out that it treats of the End-time (see vv.12, 20), and that the leading characteristics of the Man of Sin can be clearly discerned in what is here said of the Assyrian. Almost all pre-millennial students of prophecy are agreed that the "King" of Isa.30:33 is the Antichrist, and yet in the two verses which precede, this "King" is identified with "the Assyrian."

...It seems very clear in the Bible that the antichrist Kingdom is global and the 10 Kings will be scattered around the globe...
Where I have landed too TT. I also think President Trump proposing combining the USA/Canada/Greenland is establishing one of the 10.

EDIT: This would also explain the absurdity going on in the EU of preparing for all out war with Russia... to me there is no justification for this escalation. When you prime the fuse and take any system off of "safe" it is making it 1000 times more probable that some nut case will set things off. To me it fits with, perhaps, God giving certain countries leadership "over"... to their evil desires. ...wars and rumors of wars I read "somewhere...."
