Interesting

By Daymond Duck

Concerning Pres. Trump, a friend of mine recently reminded me that the Bible mentions the last trump.

Actually, the word “Trump” appears in the Bible twice, and both passages are about the Rapture.

The trump of God (I Cor. 15:52), and the Last trump (I Thess. 4:16).
Some scholars believe the number 7 has significance in the Bible.

Some have noticed that:

  • God created the heavens and the earth in 6 days and rested on the 7th.
  • Man is to work 6 days and rest on the 7th.
  • The Jews were to plant crops 6 years at let the land rest during the 7th.
  • Methuselah died 7 days before the Flood.
  • God told the Jews to celebrate 7 Feast Days.
  • There are 70 (10 X 7) weeks of Daniel.
  • The Jews spent 70 (10 X 7) years in Babylon.
  • The Tribulation Period will begin with a 7-year covenant.
  • The days of our years are threescore and ten (70), etc.
In the Book of Revelation, there are 54 sets of 7.

  • There is a 7-sealed scroll.
  • 7 letters to 7 churches.
  • 7 seal, 7 trumpet, and 7 bowl judgments.
  • 7 thunders, 7 spirits of God, 7 I Am’s.
  • 7 stars, 7 golden candlesticks, 7 hills and more.
God named at least four people in the Bible before they were born:

  • Isaac (Gen. 17:19).
  • King Cyrus (Isa. 44:28; Ezra 1:1-11).
  • King Josiah (I Kings 13:2; II Kings 23:10-15).
  • Jesus, also called Immanuel or Emmanuel (Isa. 7:14; Matt. 1:23; Luke 1:31).
At least two of these people were born at a set time or in the fullness of time:

  • Isaac was born at a set time (Gen. 17:21).
  • Jesus was born in the fullness of time (Gal. 4:4).
Here are some things that were reported about Pres. Trump and Prime Min. Netanyahu when Trump was elected the first time.

  • Trump was born 700 days before Israel became a nation in 1948.
  • Benjamin Netanyahu had been in office 7 years, 7 months, and 7 days on the day Donald Trump was elected.
  • Trump was 70 years, 7 months, and 7 days old on the day he was inaugurated.
Is this a coincidence?

I do not know.

I just find it interesting.

Also, I am not predicting the day or the hour of the Rapture, but I believe it is entirely possible that he will be the last President before the Rapture.

Here are some recent events that seem to relate to Bible prophecy.......

I always loved the number 7 but didn't quite recognize the significance of it in the Bible until I was at least in my late teens........and, it rhymes with my name!
The facts about aTrump's bday and dates etc when he was first elected involving the number 7 leaves me with absolute certainty that God had him purposefully chosen for a specific purpose.

im ready for it all to be over... but have to fight against being stagnant as a result. too often im like, oh the world is burning and i know how it turns out and im too tired for my vocation anymore... but i know thats not the proper christian attitude. occupy til He comes. can be so hard to stay vigilant. i was saying nasty words about other drivers yesterday just minutes after id been blessed with something. rude, self-righteous drivers really provoke me to sin. im like, i know you wanna go slow, but since i obviously am trying to go, cant you just yield instead of communicating "i was here first" ? i yield and yet cant expect others to do the same... hate seeing how so many ppl only care about themselves instead of looking for opportunities to help someone else in really simple ways... so it really angers me... but im sinning and wanting it all to just end. im tired, im wrinkled, i fear the future. not trusting God enough.

whether the article here is pointing in the right direction or not, it provokes me to stagnancy, hoping the end is very near. i just cant tempt myself to hope in these things, though it is interesting, i cant handle it lol.

I don't believe in coincidences :tap:

:shofar:

FWIW, ALL of Christendom is celebrating Ash Wednesday, Lent, Holy Week, Resurrection Sunday, Ascension Day, and Pentecost simultaneously this year (this doesn't happen most of the time, since Eastern and Western Church have different ways of determining when to celebrate Resurrection Sunday, and that drives when Lent, Holy Week, Ascension Day, and Pentecost are celebrated.

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand, the Jewish people are celebrating Passover during Holy Week, and the last day for Orthodox, Hasidic, etc. Jews is Resurrection Sunday!

14Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast ourconfession. 15For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. 16Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need

There's nothing wrong with wanting Jesus to hasten His coming for His Bride.
As a matter of fact we will receive a crown for Longing for Jesus appearing.

"Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing."
2 Timothy 4:8

And we say Maranatha because we're asking Jesus to come quickly.
Revelation 22:20

We all have a fallen nature but the believer has The Holy Spirit in us to remind us of Jesus teachings and who we are in Christ and that's why we recognize when we fall and The Spirit's conviction Helps correct our failures and is why we feel badly when we fall.
But even with our fallen nature, God loves us when we recognize it and also recognize that Jesus is The One Who has reconciled us to The Father and we just keep doing our best to practice our renewed mind in Christ with the Help of The Holy Spirit as He continually does a good work in us until our completion at the appearing of Our Lord Jesus.

18 "For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh) nothing good dwells; for to will is present with me, but how to perform what is good I do not find.
19 For the good that I will to do, I do not do; but the evil I will not to do, that I practice. 20 Now if I do what I will not to do, it is no longer I who do it, but sin that dwells in me.

24 O wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death?
25 I thank God—through Jesus Christ our Lord!"
Romans 7:18-29, 24-25

"There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit."
Romans 8:1

"For He knows our frame; He remembers that we are dust"
Psalm 103:14

26 "But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you."
John 14:26

"Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ"
Philippians 1:6

So what do we do if we fall? (And We All fall.)

We look up, To The Lord, Who has His Merciful Hand outstretched towards us, and we repent, and we take His Merciful Hand, and we get back up, and we return to running our race towards the finish, where we receive our glory and sin ends for us completely because we become "incorruptible".

"For a righteous man may fall seven times And rise again,"
Proverbs 24:16

"Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, 2 looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God."
Hebrews 12:1-2

51 "Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed—
52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality"
1 Corinthians 15:52-54

37 "Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.
38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come,
39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
Romans 8:37-39

Yes, we are to "occupy until He Comes ", And we can also Pray as Jesus taught us, for God's "Kingdom to Come on Earth as it is in Heaven"
And We Pray
Maranatha!
"Even So, Come Lord Jesus!"
Revelation 22:20

And we receive our crown for"Longing for His Appearing"
2 Timothy 4:8

Be encouraged.
Keep on Trusting The Lord.
We may fail, but God Never fails, but He is Faithful in keeping All of His Promises that are in Christ Jesus and are Yes and Amen.
2 Corinthians 1:20

The number seven holds profound significance throughout the Bible, symbolizing completeness, perfection, and divine order. This number appears repeatedly in both the Old and New Testaments, often marking pivotal moments and divine actions.

Creation and Rest

The concept of seven is first introduced in the creation narrative. God created the world in six days and rested on the seventh, sanctifying it as a day of rest. Genesis 2:2-3 states, "And by the seventh day God had finished the work He had been doing, so on that day He rested from all His work. Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because on that day He rested from all the work of creation that He had accomplished." This establishes the Sabbath, a recurring theme of rest and holiness.

Covenants and Promises

The number seven is also significant in the context of covenants and promises. In Genesis 9:12-16, God establishes His covenant with Noah, using the rainbow as a sign, which traditionally has seven colors. This covenant signifies God's promise never to destroy the earth by flood again, underscoring the completeness and reliability of His word.

Rituals and Festivals

In the Mosaic Law, the number seven is integral to various rituals and festivals. The Israelites were commanded to observe the Feast of Unleavened Bread for seven days (Exodus 12:15), and the Feast of Tabernacles lasted seven days (Leviticus 23:34). The Year of Jubilee, a time of liberation and restoration, occurred after seven cycles of seven years (Leviticus 25:8-10).

Judgment and Purification

The number seven often appears in contexts of judgment and purification. In the book of Joshua, the Israelites marched around Jericho for seven days, and on the seventh day, they circled the city seven times before its walls fell (Joshua 6:15-16). This act of obedience and faith led to divine intervention and victory.

In Leviticus, the ritual for cleansing a leper involved sprinkling blood seven times (Leviticus 14:7), symbolizing complete purification. Similarly, the Day of Atonement involved the high priest sprinkling blood seven times before the mercy seat (Leviticus 16:14), signifying the thoroughness of atonement for sin.

Prophetic Visions

The number seven is prominent in prophetic literature, particularly in the book of Revelation. John’s vision includes seven churches, seven seals, seven trumpets, and seven bowls, each representing aspects of divine judgment and fulfillment of God’s plan. Revelation 1:4 mentions, "John, To the seven churches in the province of Asia: Grace and peace to you from Him who is and was and is to come, and from the seven Spirits before His throne."

Symbol of Divine Perfection

Throughout Scripture, the number seven symbolizes divine perfection and completion. It is a reminder of God's sovereignty and the fulfillment of His purposes. The recurrence of seven in biblical narratives underscores the belief in a divinely ordered universe, where God's plans are executed with precision and completeness.
