Hamas: It doesn't matter how many hostages are still alive

A senior Hamas member said that the 10-month-old Kfir Bibas "paid the price because of the occupation."

When asked how a 10-month-old baby and four-year-old boy could take action to pressure the Israeli government, Hamad simply repeated that "they have to exert pressure on Israel, their government, in order to tell them that you are going in the wrong way."
The Hamas leader said that the Bibas family "paid the price because of the occupation."

Hamas has claimed in recent days that Kfir, Ariel, and their mother Shiri were killed after being kidnapped on October 7. The terrorist movement published a video of Shiri's husband on Thursday as part of its psychological warfare efforts. The IDF has stressed that it has as of yet been unable to confirm Hamas's claims.

The more I read about Hamas and hostages, I'm not sure they have anyone left to release. More and more reports keep coming out about hostages who have died in captivity. Israel has stated 11 of the hostages were diabetic. There has to be others with chronic conditions, blood pressure, cholesterol etc. many others on daily meds they are not getting. The red cross has refused to take in meds more than once. The only thing they are doing is transporting a couple of miles.

WARNING: Icky topic in this post :puke:

 The women have probably been raped over and over until Hamas is sure they're pregnant. "Rape rooms" are common islamic methods of war/terror/torture/psych warfare/forcible "conversion" and reward for fighters. If one or more women ended up not pregnant, that could account for some of the delays in release.

 Likely at least some of the "missing" or "dead" women have been trafficked and forcibly married and raped by their "husbands." Human trafficking brings a lot of money, usually hard currency, but can also be in the form of intermediary services for otherwise-embargoed/sanctioned purchases (weapons, etc.) As chattel/property, captured and kidnapped women (and underage girls) are also often given to terrorists/soldiers for wives as rewards for service/accomplishments
