Something I've bought, but haven't used yet is Ivermectin horse paste -

I bought that also, just in case.... a friend I know only online swears it saved her life when she had covid. All she could get was the paste, and actually swallowed small amounts when nothing else was helping.

I called the ER at 2 am and a wonderful nurse (GOD bless her) asked me a bunch of questions. She said it sounded like my electrolytes were messed up and to get pedialyte right away. Next day I had some and had immediate improvement.

Yes we keep Gatorade around now and I switched to Gatorade once I finished the bottle of pedialyte. They are both sickly sweet to me especially the pedialyte so I just kept adding it to my water. Also used the pedialyte pops like ice cubes in my water. (I’m pretty sure it was @1LoverofGod who confirmed the pedialyte was needed & told me about the pedialyte pops)
I had been drinking so much water but the problem was that I wasn’t eating enough. And for a few days ate nothing but a couple of bananas a day which was too much potassium without anything else balancing it out.
Oh and yes Margery, actually at the time there was a run on Pedialyte and my poor mom had to go to four stores to find it.

That is what I have been doing with the Gatorade, mixing about half half with water. Recommended by my youngest who knows very little about anything medical but he did give me good advice on mixing with water because it is a lot easier to get down that way.

I actually think you are the norm, and that is the pattern of a "good" recovery from Covid for most people.

Sadly the whole thing with Covid turned into an either or discussion with passionate overstatement on either side. Th vax would cure everyone, the disease would totally decimate the entire population and then on the other side Vit D, Ivermectin and Hydroxyclorquine would CURE people.

That was so not true. The vax didn't cure, it didn't help much, and in the end I think it caused more harm than good. Ripples of that still echo thru the cancer stats, sudden death stats, spikes in auto immune diseases all of which act like gasoline was poured onto their smouldering flames in people's bodies.

The original disease which was launched to either decimate the population and cause the rest to act like a herd of frightened sheep, didn't kill off the numbers it was designed for. They crossed an original strain of the SARS virus that hit Toronto with Ebola (that was supposed to hit Texas) and mixed in some HIV Aids to make sure it was deadly. It should have been effective - and it was moderately effective but God stemmed the tide of that plague. NOT TIME FOR IT YET. Not in the way it was planned.

And then the hype surrounding all the meds used to treat the disease from the natural remedies (Vit D, Zinc, Quercetin - which behaves like hydroxychloraquine along with the zinc in plugging up the pathways into the cell for the virus) or things like ivermectin, mouthwash, Pepcid AC and Reactine together - which block a certain inflammatory pathway. Even prednisone which was used in Canada and India as a cheap fast way to block the inflammation that kills.

And of course the expensive anti virals and meds from big Pharma and respirators which big hospitals with big financial pockets were able to use.

None worked as well as hyped.

It is still a horrible disease, the way it attacks, the severe nature of it, and the way it damages the immune system that is fighting it off. People who say it's just a cold, obviously have a very robust immune system and those who died of it or are permanently disabled by it are not heard in the conversation anymore.

Bottom line that nausea you felt on day 1 absolutely was Covid, it's one of the big symptoms- it occurs because the virus replicates first in the back of the nose and throat, but quickly passes to the GI tract where the rest of the susceptible cells lie. They all have ACE 2 receptors- the respiratory tract and the GI tract are lined with these. (that's why Reactine and Pepcid AC were helpful as they blocked the ACE 2 receptor pathways)

The 10 to 20 lb weight loss is "normal" for Covid and more in line with a life threatening disease (like severe food poisoning for example or a really bad true influenza that lands people in hospital with pneumonia and a brush with death)

I think the "recovered in 3 days" kind of messaging was a childish reaction to the fear of death and the desire to "prove" that Covid was nothing. For those who felt like it was nothing or a bad cold, great, bully for you, you were blessed with an extra good immune system. Instead of putting down those who have a different story to tell remember that our immune systems are another gift from God, not something to be taken for granted, and the less blessed in that regard are telling the truth.

IT IS STILL rolling thru the population even though we don't track it anymore. It will till the end of the Tribulation when Jesus comes back to fix this broken world.

What I wish is that actual cheap remedies would be better explained in the media, and people would use them to the max, AND also get medical help. Because Prednisone for example (has side effects, nasty ones but it's relatively safe and cheap) really does turn things around for most people.

Her immune system is insanely good, it’s always been a family joke that she never gets sick. Peter was 10 months old and he had a fever for one day and then was fine. Praise the Lord that is all we experienced.

It’s weird how people experienced it so differently. I know younger people that ended up in ICU, albeit they were morbidly obese and unhealthy. I didn’t know anyone who died but I had clients who did. The saddest stories were when they couldn’t visit their elderly family in nursing homes or the hospital. It was a strange time for sure.

I’m the only one in my family that still has long lasting effects to my taste. I’m working with my natural medicine doctor to recover the sense of smell and taste that I lost due to COVID. A very strange virus indeed.

It's such a nasty engineered virus. A little from SARS original (a bad one), some Ebola, HIV, bat virus of some type and something else I'm forgetting. All spliced together. A lethal cocktail. By God's grace it failed. The speed of onset from Ebola, the weird interaction with the immune system from HIV, the ACE2 receptor affinity probably from original SARS. They started to find strands of RNA that matched all these parent virus lines, all spliced together making it impossible to have naturally arisen in the wet market. This was done using gene splicing in the Wuhan Institute of Virology. It hit China hard but by the time it began to spread it was already mutating, and as viruses do, as it mutates it gets less lethal. God's grace it wasn't worse. But when they took one of the nasty bits- that spike protein, without understanding what all it did in the human body, and made it the protein fragment used for the new Vaccine also without understanding how the mRNA part of things would interact across the body and across genders, ages etc- it meant that the vaccine looks like it was engineered to damage the survivors of the original plague. I'm extending the benefit of the doubt here, I'm not sure if they "didn't know" what the spike or the new mRNA would do.

Funny how Bill Gates shows up everywhere lately. I think he helped fund some of the vaccine "research" in that Warp Speed program Trump started with all innocence in 2020 to get a vaccine, not knowing who he was dealing with. Bill has been quietly buying up farmland across the USA, AND he just came out with some type of near quantum chip.
