Everlasting Life

We have been traveling and while in a restaurant overheard a woman talking (her voice carried louder than normal).
Recent events caused her to attend a church for the first time (one that I noticed in town). She was sharing the message with a friend and was comforted by the pastor reminding his congregation that God's still in control even in these recent events. The other things she shared told me this was a solid place of spiritual growth. She sounds either like a new believer or a young one.
I was so encouraged to hear of God's work through His church in that area and of a pastor faithfully shepherding his flock and reaching out to the community. God bless him and his team, they'll be in my prayers!
I prayed that if God had anything for me to share with her in encouragement to put it together, otherwise that He would continuing to either draw her to Christ or growth in Christ.
It worked out that praying was all that was required.
So, even in the midst of everything, God's still working. I thought this might be an encouragement for others here.
