Ghislaine Maxwell Quietly Moved to Minimum-Security Prison After Epstein Questioning

TCC

Well-known

On Thursday, Ghislaine Maxwell was reportedly moved from a federal prison in Florida to a minimum-security facility in Texas.

An unidentified source told The New York Sun that Maxwell was temporarily held at FCI Oakdale in Louisiana before being moved to the Federal Prison Camp Bryan in Texas. The source also said it was unusual for the Bureau of Prisons — not U.S. Marshals — to manage Maxwell’s transport, as the latter agency supervises interstate inmate transport.

Convicted in 2021, Maxwell is currently serving a 20-year sentence for grooming and abusing Jeffrey Epstein’s underage victims. The New York Sun reported that sex offenders like Maxwell are rarely housed at minimum-security prisons.

Maxwell’s move comes about a week after Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche reportedly questioned her about the Epstein case and her knowledge of his activities.

I’m not sure why this is “news”.

Epstein accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell reportedly moved to ‘cushy’ prison after DOJ interview

Ghislaine Maxwell has been transferred to a “cushy” minimum-security prison camp a week after completing interviews with the deputy attorney general on the Jeffrey Epstein case.

Maxwell had been housed at a low-security federal prison in Tallahassee, Florida before being transferred to a less restrictive prison camp in Bryan, Texas, the New York Post reported, citing unnamed Federal Bureau of Prison officials.

Maxwell’s attorney confirmed she was moved but did not tell the Post where or why.

The timing of Maxwell’s transfer raises questions about whether her interview answers were the reason for the move.

Maxwell is serving a 20-year sentence after being convicted of helping Epstein, a wealthy, well-connected financier, sexually abuse underage girls.

Why was she moved? Is this now safer for her, or more likely to get her murdered? Lots of questions and the story doesn't seem to add the needed context. Or did she provide the "right" evidence and this is payback? Why was the Marshall's service not used for transfer if that is normal procedure- were they afraid of something? The stories don't provide context and give a lot of innuendo.

And this is why it is news.

Greeeeeaaaatttt questions Margery

Perhaps, but IMO, more likely the press refusing to bury this legless story.

Sex sells papers, and draws clicks on the internet.
...and pays victims over $120 million:

To whatever degree exposure could reduce future abuse by even a sense of social accountability, I would believe God would want this during temporal social order seasons. Because whatever could be helpful mirrors His character to whatever small degree it might, on earth. In that, perhaps the victims are the legs? Blessings.

There is a song in a Disney movie that is applicable “Let it Go”….:)
