End times prophecy ignored

I don't think it's any secret that a lot of evangelical churches seem to have put the Rapture and end times prophecy in the back room to gather dust.
My feeling is that they think that this will somehow turn off newcomers. You used to see the pre trib Rapture in the SOF'S of many
churches as a non-requirement of faith. But it seems that many SOF's I have seen they have been removed. They will just say something like,
"Christ will return in the end to judge the living and the dead" or something similar.
At the same time, prophecy conferences and TV programs on prophecy seem as popular as ever.

I also noticed this as more churches seem to be becoming entertainment based, especially with music that can be like a rock concert.
I also noticed that with the internet the demise of Christian bookstores. These stores were wonderful retreats to explore books, hear Cristian music, and even fellowship with other
believers. There is only one store some 5 miles from me and the only offer less than half to Christian books and other material. I guess people might tell me, "That's AI for you: welcome to the end times"

I have been told not to be concerned and stick with my views on the pre trib Rapture and end times. I guess I have to make the best of it.

I think a lot of Christian bookstores killed themselves, unfortunately. The last time I went to a dedicated Christian bookstore, they had so many unbiblical garbage in stock, I couldn't justify paying obscene prices for the few solid pieces of literature that they did have.

I honestly think that music is to blame. We accept as true, unconsciously, all kinds of things that previous generations would have recognised as sin, because secular music surrounds us no matter where we go.

I agree about music, and also television shows. This is why we don't have tv service. Too much junk on there. Christians are in the world not of it.
