There's nothing there that is mutually exclusive. Safety is the compelling reason but there's no doubt it will be used for global surveillance. The anti-christ will use whatever exists during his short time.

As they discuss the significance of Israel becoming a nation which is a marker that fulfills Bible prophecy in the end times, and they discuss how interesting that it was After Israel became a nation again in 1948, that the end times began to accelerate and going forward that from there we have seen the converging of end times signs, and it was After 1948 that there was an explosion in technology going forward and now we're at an all time high in technology with the development of AI that makes the Antichrist System possible to come into play.
What a time to live in to see the Coming of our Lord.

I almost never watch the videos, but it's a no-brainer, in my opinion that whatever is available will be used by the anti-christ for satan's purposes. Satellites will probably be a little safer than ground communication stations given the judgments that will be raining down on earth. And they can always launch more satellites if some get damaged.

On the flip side of the coin, a lot of new technologies get deployed with good uses in mind. So far though, seems like every new technology has also been used for evil purposes, which is the nature of this world, so I guess that's not surprising.

Just like digital currency, if we are still here when it's implemented, we may need to use it because it's going to be the only way to pay for anything, but that doesn't mean it's the mark of the Beast or that we are in the Tribulation. Everything has to move forward to get to the fulfillment of God's Prophetic Word.

It's a convergence of tech that explodes around the time Israel becomes a nation, at the same time as the UFO stuff picks up steam. They mention the occult connections within JPL and other movers in the tech industry who get a lot of tech ideas "downloaded" into their brains by "aliens". That sounds crazy but it is NOT. There is plenty of documentation on how these people openly admit this. They point out how Steve Jobs of Apple would fall asleep and wake up with ideas, how JPL (Jet Propulsion Labs of NASA connection) had occult followers high up including the founder.

Then they trace the increasing apostasy within the church during the same time frame, the sex revolution of the late 60's, the attack on societal norms etc.

All converging.

But as they both point out-
1: if America doesn't get ahead of this tech race (Star Link, AI, digital currency) then America is handing the world to China and Russia. This is a modern day arms race and due to the lazy nature of Obama and Biden, America needs to get going or else China will be in charge of America.

2: nowhere in the Bible does it say for us to try and stop this trainwreck in progress

3: instead our focus needs to be winning souls while we can before the Rapture, before things get really bad for Christians who get saved after the Rapture.
