A former adviser to Trump, Evangelical leader Mike Evans, has been giving interviews lately since Trump has been re-elected.

Mike Evans said that the war in Israel will likely come to a close by the time Trump takes office, January 20th.

“Netanyahu can finish the war by January, seeing as both Hezbollah and Hamas have been significantly weakened,” Evans said. But in order to do so, Israel will have to confront Iran

If Bin Salman's mother was Jewish, he will be able to be accepted by the Jews to become the custodian of the Temple Mount.

MBS will then allow the Jews to build their 3rd Temple. Both sides win.

MBS doesn’t want radical Islamists in his new Middle East vision, as Israel's enemies (Hamas & Hezbollah) are in the way.

Netanyahu is getting rid of the Arab enemies that want to kill Israelis, but Netanyahu is also doing this to get the Saudi deal done with the Temple Mount in mind and the upcoming 3rd Temple to be built, for drastic "status quo" changes, that ONLY MBS can make happen.

This is a colossal lie by MBS. I don't fault Evans- I'm sure he was being charmed by MBS who tells people what they want to hear sometimes.

My take is that MBS is doing whatever MBS thinks is good for the house of Saud and MBS in particular. He's feeding the Israeli's and the Christians an interesting lie for purposes unknown. He DOES want the Abe Accords to work, maybe that is part of it. Tell them what they want to hear and warm the crowd up.

edited to add that BBC story is worth a read for a good solid take on MBS. He's no choir boy. He had Khashoggi murdered, he's "dealt" with his brothers to ensure he stays Crown Prince, he is the likely heir to the throne (his father is supposed to be in very poor health and if the BBC article is right, he is in a progressive dementia of sorts)

MBS is here to stay a while and he's a dangerous person with a veneer of charm - a lot like Putin of Russia. Mind you anyone emerging out of the pack of wolves that make up the princes of the Saudi kingdom would have to be nastier, more determined and more ruthless than his brothers or he wouldn't stand a chance.
