Days Of Noah: The Earth Is Once Again ‘Filled With Violence’

More like Him daily until faith is sight
Came across the latest article from Jonathan Brentner about the “violence of our day being mind numbing.” I find his articles timely and I’ve added the link below:

I edited this shortly after posting because I felt a push to read Genesis 6:6 “And the LORD was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart,” (NKJV). It actually hurt my heart and I (I know - I’m such a baby) started crying after pondering how God could be sorry that He created man on the earth. It’s sad to think about how far down mankind has slid to once again make the Lord sorry for creating us. And although it used to be hard for me to imagine the wickedness of the people of this time, after seeing how badly we treat each other today, it’s not that hard to fathom.

Just today, hitting the headlines of the last day or two, I see continued hatred towards Israel and the United States, especially from people in Europe, the Islamic nations and those that have been nearly taken over by terrorists. Human life has been so devalued since the Democratic “takeover” from the past 4 years and it’s obvious how they are continuing to try to stay in the action by working in and through these Obama/Biden appointed judges who’ve forgotten that their power isn’t above that of the President - they are a part of the checks and balances set forth in the Constitution.

Just yesterday, my DH had to visit his doctor to be fitted for a different C-PAP mask. His doctor was telling him that she and her family visited another relative in France a few weeks ago and they were treated with absolute disgust just about everywhere they went. It got so bad, that they were eating lunch at a restaurant and they were asked to leave because they were from America. This after they were treated very rudely treated by the waitstaff and other patrons of the restaurant.

From work experience, was the assistant to an R&D Manager for a major fiber optic cable company and a decision was made by the company to move the R&D headquarters from France to North Carolina. I found that the majority of those French engineers and technicians who came to assist in the move, to be the most arrogant, self-important people from any of the others involved in this move (Spain, Germany and Switzerland ). Of course they didn’t like the company’s decision to make this move, but they were painful to deal with. Try telling them about Jesus and they acted as if I was from another planet! (Most were Catholic, but not practicing.)

The article goes on to talk about “debased minds” and further points to the intervention of God when He’s finally had enough of mankind’s wickedness and I am still thinking about how much longer God might wait until He does intervene. We are promised that He will and I thank Him for this promise of not facing the wrath which He has promised will fall on wicked mankind.

Even so, come quickly Lord Jesus!

Violence is definitely prevalent more than ever now.
