But God (my title) -Franklin Graham

The Bible tells us that if we say we have never sinned that we deceive ourselves. The price of sin is death, but Jesus came to pay that price for us by dying in our place on the Cross.

Graham preaching about Man's spiritual condition.

Looking at this and I was reminded of a book that was a Bible Study I did called “Respetable Sins” by Jerry Bridges. It deals with sins that we kind of push aside, not giving attention to what the Bible tells us about sin. It’s a pretty quick read and I enjoyed going through the study. It opened my eyes up to the sins that we often don’t think of while we’re watching so much going on in the times that we’re living in.

I was thinking about what another sister in Christ said to me the other day “God’s always with me, I never feel alone.” She was talking about losing her husband and being on her own for going on 5 years. It brought to mind my drive to Bible study when I was getting frustrated with other drivers who were doing stuff like driving while looking at their phone, going slower than the speed limit, etc.., and when she said that I thought, yep, look what you were doing while the Lord was sitting there with you and you were calling these other drivers idjits. Sins like these are easily overlooked especially as our minds are watching everything going on around us that makes us look at the exciting times we’re in today.
