BREAKING: Federal Judge Orders Trump Admin to Restore Gender Ideology Websites

A federal judge on Tuesday ordered the Trump Administration to restore the gender ideology webpages it deleted.

US District Judge John Bates of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, a George W. Bush appointee, ordered Trump to restore the pages by midnight tonight.

Last month, President Trump scrubbed public health websites of all things related to “gender ideology.”

A group dubbed Doctors For America sued the Office of Personal Management and numerous government agencies, claiming the removal could prevent doctors from helping patients.

Judge Bates agreed with Doctors for America and ordered the extremist ideology to be restored.

Looks like the US Supreme Court is going to have a very busy Docket for 2025 and going forward with all of these Federal Judges blocking Trump's Executive Orders.

The gender ideology is not a Constitutional issue.
It's an Ideology.
There's a difference between Biological Gender and sexual preferences.
Many years ago the LGBT+ ideology was in Medical Textbooks under Mental Health Disorders because the unordinary sexual ideology was considered a Behavioral Disorder not a Biological issue.
It's because of the activism and progressive movement in politics that caused the change in definition of Gender identity that led to the insane DEI implementations in government, and extended into the public square and became a Cultural issue.
Nevertheless, this is not a Constitutional issue, and hopefully this will be ruled Constitutionally by the US Supreme Court.
