Like anywhere in the world, there will be some who convert to Christianity but keeping in mind that there are different church denominations and religious groups who do missionary work in different countries, so there will be some who become true believers, while others may fall to false doctrine.
No doubt the gospel is being preached in all the world, but there is going to be some false conversions.
God knows who are His children by faith in His Son Jesus in truth.
We can even see in the US many reports of revivals and especially among the younger generation who say they have found Jesus in Contemporary music concerts or college campuses where they are emotionally moved by presentations from NAR preachers who dont mention the gospel but give "feel good" messages.
So the point Im making is while there are true conversions and acceptance of Jesus as their Lord and Savior, there is the chance some have not come to Christ in the true sense according to the gospel, but God knows every heart that we dont know, so we continue to pray for everyone to hear the gospel of salvation and continue to fo our part in sharing the gospel with as many as we can while we are still here in the church age.
