All Moscow airports mysteriously closed with no reason given

All four of Moscow’s airports were temporarily closed without any reason given, according to Russia’s aviation watchdog.
Aircraft crews, air traffic controllers and airport services are taking all necessary measures to ensure flight safety,’ the statement from Rosaviatsia said.

It is believed to be part of a ‘carpet’ plan which has been implemented at Moscow airports in recent years due to threats posed by drone attacks, according to Russian media.

Vnukovo, Domodedovo, Zhukovsky and Sheremetyevo airports were affected by the ruling, as well as the nearby Kaluga airport located just outside of Moscow.

It would be interesting to have the Western media actually report the news.

What I want to know is if Ukraine is conducting massive coordinated drone attacks on a lot of Russian airports. One was def involved in the Azerbaijan incident.

Since the Azerbaijan aircraft got shot down in a friendly fire incident, perhaps they are worried about more such incidents. Their attempt at cover up failed badly so they might be attempting to hide their vulnerability to Ukrainian attacks as well as prevent future PR disasters like the Azerbaijan aircraft.
